Marva and Jim with New Look provided us with a total kitchen update which included cabinets and countertops. They were such a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy. They had some great new ideas that I would have never thought of. I felt like I could always reach them with any question I had during the installation and I'm so happy with my new kitchen!

What a delight to work with both Marva and Jim at New Look Cabinets! I went into New Face Cabinets because I wanted to redo my outdated kitchen for something lighter and brighter. Marva was not only friendly but also most helpful in determining what was right for our kitchen by offering several suggestions. We could not be more happy with the outcome and experience of our kitchen update. Marva and Jim are the best to work with! They were responsive, thorough, professional, creative, honest, fun and it was great to be on the same team with them. They handled every detail and arranged work with highly professional contractors. They are perfectionists and expected perfect work. We had our cabinets repainted and installed quartz countertops and backsplash with a cast iron sink. The cabinets look brand new and the addition of the quartz backsplash with the quartz countertop gave the kitchen a clean, fresh and updated look. We chose New Look for a pre-sale kitchen update and went with Fabuwood cabinets. Marva and Jim were great to work with and offered excellent guidance. The project stayed on schedule and turned out very well. When we listed the house we had a contract in three days, thanks in part to the sparkling new kitchen. The only negative is that now we have to leave!

Last month, New Look installed a new vanity in my guest bath and replaced all my laundry room and pantry cabinets. I am so happy with the results! They were so easy to deal with. Everything was done quickly and professionally. They delivered on all they promised! The product looks great, and it was less expensive to get new cabinets than others charge for refacing. The whole process from the first day that Marva and Jim Cooper came to our house to look at our cabinets was done in a highly professional manner. I was all set to have them replace the cabinets, but Jim suggested we reface instead, which worked just as well and was more economical. We love New Look Cabinets! To make a long story short, they “saved” us. We hired a contractor to reface our kitchen cabinets in our new home and it was a disaster. We made a down payment to Artisan Woodwork Group and not only did they waste over a month of our time and money, they ruined the cabinets. They were a total scam. I was due with our second baby in less than two weeks; possibly even less than that with the stress I was under. I desperately searched for a company that could fix our cabinets but most of them would not fix another contractor’s mistakes or we would have to wait quite a while before they could start. I came to terms that our kitchen was going to remain a disaster well after the baby was born but I kept on searching. I came across New Look Cabinets and after talking to Marva it seemed like my prayers had been answered, but I was still skeptical after our ordeal. I told her of our situation and she was very sympathetic. She asked me to send her some pictures, I visited their showroom, the next day she and Mr. Jim came to the house to take measurements and further discuss some options. They were willing to take on the project and possibly get most of it done before the baby gets here. Within couple of days of contacting them they were able to start. We ended up getting new cabinets, counters and designed a new island with their guidance. They were not pushy one way or another. They genuinely wanted us to have a product that we were happy with in the end; and that we are! The price, communication and transparency excelled our expectations. We were informed and new exactly what was going on at all times. Douglas and David were the guys that did most of the work for us and they were beyond professionals. We were comfortable with them in our home whether we were there or not. Everyone involved was so willing and understanding. It was so nice to come home from the hospital to a kitchen that was almost complete. Since we got new counters and design it took a little longer because they had to be ordered. The quality of work is excellent and so are the people providing it. I can’t express enough the appreciation we have for New Look Cabinets. New Look did a TERRIFIC job with my kitchen redo! I truly couldn't be happier. My husband and I are newly married. We recently purchased our first home and the first renovation project that we tackled was the kitchen. More seasoned married couples had reminded us repeatedly that renovations are an excellent test of a relationship. We are happy to say that thanks to New Look Cabinets, we have a beautiful new kitchen with none of the stress that we were warned we would endure. We were first impressed by the owners, Jim and Marva, when they physically came to our house for the initial quote on our new cabinets. Other cabinet companies had asked us to measure our kitchen (of course we didn’t know exactly what to measure) and then we spent hours with them as they generated an inaccurate diagram of our kitchen and ultimately provided an inaccurate quote. New Look Cabinets takes a completely different approach to the initial quote. Because Jim and Marva saw our kitchen in person, they were able to provide us with an accurate quote from the beginning and they were aware of the unique challenges that our kitchen presented. Our kitchen is relatively large (approximately 90 square feet of counter space). While we kept the original floor plan of the kitchen, we realized that much of the cabinet space was being used inefficiently. Our installer, Andre, was able to generate creative solutions to eliminate as much dead space as possible. He ultimately created several semi-custom cabinets to ensure that our cabinets both met our needs and were as functional as possible. Together, Andre and Jim ensured that the renovation remained well within our budget. What we most appreciated about Jim and Marva is that they made themselves easily accessible. They responded to emails and texts almost immediately and at all hours of the day (and night). Whenever my husband had questions or if I changed my mind about something they were easy to communicate with. They even returned to our home to check on the progress of the renovation. We could not be happier with our new cabinets. They are excellent quality, functional, and beautiful. This renovation has added significant value to our home and we now get to enjoy the kitchen of our dreams. We highly recommend New Look Cabinets. New Look Refacing has done a beautiful job refacing our kitchen cabinets! From very blah, builder's-grade cabinets with no hardware to gorgeous cabinets with soft-close doors, drawers and pull-outs, it's a stunning transformation.
