Grace and Hope Designs

Steve and Victoria served as our contractors on a total remodel of an uncompleted 12k sf home we purchased in Winnetka, IL. Prior to bringing them on board, we were using a different contractor but were concerned that the level of quality was not where it needed to be for a project of this magnitude. Steve and Victoria nailed it! Their attention to detail, professionalism, experience, availability when needed, amazing taste (I could go on and on) were exactly what we were looking for and the home turned out magnificent! Since finishing the project, Steve and his project manager, Roman, have been quick to answer calls and fix various small punch-list items that have come up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best builders in the area. Their work is truly next to none!

Newgard did an excellent job building a custom home for us in Illinois. Steve was patient with us as this was our first (and hopefully last) time building a home. He and Victoria were educational and were critical to helping us avoid missteps in the process. One year in and we have an incredibly well built home that we thoroughly enjoy. The whole Newgard team were consummate professionals throughout. They know what they're doing and have some great subs as well.

Steve and Victoria helped to transform our 1992 home to a striking modern home that fully reflects our style and taste. Victoria and Steve were a delight to work with from all aspects of our projects - from to inspiring us to think differently about our space and our home, to managing our overall budgets, aligning our taste with their thoughtful aesthetics, following up on all the small critical details, extremely high quality of work and down to the nitty gritty managing the trades on a daily basis. Our home is now almost complete thanks to Victoria and Steve and we wouldn't hesitate to use them on any future home renovation projects moving forward."
