NCA Architects create high quality contemporary buildings which exceed expectations within any budget. Understanding our clients’ vision and objectives is at the core of our practice. We design with a firm grounding in construction and detailing which we deliver with professionalism. We use a wide range of materials in our building projects and enjoy the inventive combination of traditional and new construction techniques. We endeavour to use natural and benign materials to make buildings that wear well with minimum waste, energy and pollution. Our work achieves elegance with sturdiness. We put a strong emphasis on the clever use of building materials, the quality of light and the relationship between the building and its surroundings. Each project is an original interpretation of the client, site, brief and budget. We specialise in high quality architecture and enjoy having a broad range of projects in private houses, housing, listed buildings, showrooms, workplaces, community buildings, leisure buildings and public realm projects. We have both private and commercial clients and work with several registered charities. Since 1996, NCA Architects have established a reputation for the quality of their buildings. Our residential projects have won awards and commendations, including Best Contemporary Residence in the D and D Awards. We have been published in the British national and local press, architectural journals and interiors magazines. Our studio is in Brighton’s North Laine. Projects are currently located in London, Sussex, the Home Counties and the West Country, and we welcome undertaking projects further afield. NCA Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice.
