I called to make an appointment, and after speaking to the representative, I was able to get one for the following day. The salesman was very professional, helping us pick out a style and color. The installers were punctual, clean and courteous. The kept the work area, and the rest of the house, clean at all times. I am so happy with my new Vinyl Plank Floors. They are beautiful and perfect! I was extremely happy with my salesman, lan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the floors and this one is the best for my dogs and us. lan also loved my lab. That meant a lot to me. The installers were great! They worked along with eachother and cleaned up afterward. I didn't feel I needed to even sweep or wash the floor. Thank you so much. Mary

After a leak in our kitchen we needed to replace the floors. We were looking to match flooring we had done last year. The salesperson was very nice and efficient. They helped us to stick to our budget and get the project done quickly. The flooring was put in quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the results. Ordered the Mohawk Solid Tech Rustic Taupe LVP! The sales agent was very friendly and thorough. They were also flexible with the installation date. Before the installation, I had found a different provider that offered installation of identical floors. When I submitted the fee estimate, I was able to get a partial reduction on the price. The installers came on time and confirmed the floors before they started. The contractors did the work well in one day. We did a walkthrough and I asked them to put some finishing touches. I purchased 2 floors of vinyl floors from NFD. The initial visit by Bryan was exceptional. Ryan measured the area. Then discussed what needed to be done. He described the flooring options and made recommendations. After he mentioned the prices, time for implementation and the process. I signed a contract. The floors were installed by a very able and courteous crew. I would happily contract with NFD again. Contract # MD12804. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I was extremely happy with the entire process. The representative explained the entire process, the materials to be used and the time frame it would take. They allowed me to pick my installation day according to when I would have funds available. The installers were excellent, arrived on time, did the job and explained the process along the way as well as cleaned up before, during and after. I am very please and would recommend NFD to anyone and everyone!! Highly Recommend!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable!!!

We used National Floors Direct for two rooms in our house: a bedroom and a living room. We chose carpet for the bedroom and LVP for the living room. Jay Coyne was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to work with our timeline and budget. He arrived the day after the initial call for our estimate and the floors were installed two days later. I set up in home estimate online and received a call in no time to set up at my convenience. Estimator arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable. Agreed to price and set up install date right on the spot. Crew arrived and confirmed product and rooms to be carpeted. Crew was professional and cleaned dup all working areas before leaving. Everything that was told to me that was going to happen did smoothly. Would contact again for carpet needs. After seen on the TV commercial, I called Nation floor direct customer service for My living room and dinner room Vinyl floor Installing. I very happy with National Floor Direct professional customer service staffs and good communication and helpful. Also Installers are very skillful and start to finish on time.
