Nathan Gornall is an exceptional designer, who listens carefully to his clients to deliver precisely what they've asked for. Nathan has delivered two projects for me. He redesigned a hallway powder-room into a high-end ensuite, which has turned that once useless space into a fully functional second bathroom. Given the quality of that design, I asked Nathan to design a bookcase which also required a TV area, shelves for sculptures and storage space. And boy did he and his cabinet-maker deliver. It's an artwork in itself. It's modern; it's interesting; and, it has warmth due to the splashes of timber running through it. Given my experience, I highly recommend Nathan Gornall Design.

I have just engaged Nathan Gornall Design for the second time in 3 years, as we have been renovating our home in different stages. Nathan really listens to our brief and takes the time to understand how we use (or intend to use) a space to ensure his design will maximse the utility of the space, is beautiful and really durable and functional. He has really fantastic ideas about how to better use the space (this has been really appreciated as we live in a terraced house which is narrow and has some awkward spaces), and has really helped us ensure the space is bright, light, functional, accessible and practical for a small family. His design eye is really detailed and thoughtful - stunning taps in brushed brass, he picked an amazing slab of marble (and sourced it on the cheap!) for our bathroom bench tops which really took the bathrooms to the next level and look stunning with the wall an floor tiles. Nathan works with small and awkward spaces really well and ensures there is plenty of storage and quality finishings. Nathan has a really brilliant team of tradespeople at his beck and call (builders, plumbers, air-con, tilers, carpet, painting, joinery, drapes etc etc) so not a day is lost during the project - Nathan sequences the trades so that the project is completed on time and on budget while delivering a truly stunning outcome. Thrilled. Will use again! Highly recommend!!!
