“After designing and receiving Development Approval from the Local Council, we went to tender and selected Hardy Construction to build our new house. The process started with the demolition of an existing building, building a new house, through to and including Landscaping. Both Nathan and Jared Hardy were hands on during the entire build. Their complimentary areas of expertise. Nathan with the administration and design, Jared as an excellent on site building supervisor made for an efficient team. Their communication with us as owners was excellent, working through various design issues and variations patiently and helpfully. They were able to offer practical and good design, plus building solutions when the plans were lacking. The build was carried out with minimum delay and any program changes were communicated promptly. Jared and Nathan had a good relationship with their staff and sub-contractors. Both employers and employees were always pleasant and polite making for a problem free and congenial building site and environment. They maintained good relations with all the neighbours throughout the build. The build and handover was completed in the estimated time, and they have followed up where necessary and as promised”.
