Natalie did a wonderful job helping me and my partner design and work through our first home renovation project and we are thrilled with the results. She listened well, helped us productively work through our differences, and guided us through the bidding process to contractors that were awesome. She's honest, thoughtful about budgets, detail oriented, creative, and generally very pleasant to work with. I enthusiastically recommend Natalie for her abilities as an architect, interior designer, and experienced project manager.

I worked with Natalie and her architecture firm to complete a mixed-use renovation project. She and her team did a great job completing the design, and meeting both mine and client expectations. We worked well together as a team, and the result was a great set of plans for construction. I look forward to working with Natalie again!

Natalie was a pleasure to work with. She provided two concepts for our basement renovation, both of which exceeded our expectations of what was possible in the space. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. I have recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so.

We worked with Natalie on a design for a whole home renovation including adding a second floor. It was a pleasure working with her and her team and we finished with a design that transformed our 1950s tract house into a unique modern design. That was just the beginning, though. We immediately encountered multiple variance issues with our city due to driveway changes and other issues largely introduced to address storm water drainage onto our property. She and our landscaping contractor (Joe Lavallee from Plants Creative Landscapes) were an unstoppable duo and stuck with us until the variance board capitulated. I think we are the first property in our city to have a circular drive approved in several decades. We can't recommend Natalie enough.

Natalie is professional, thorough, and listens to her clients! I had such a wonderful time exploring different options for my project with Natalie and getting all the ideas and possibilities honed in to something functional and beautifully designed!

We love and respect Natalie Martinez work. I have worked with her as the permit consultant on several projects getting through the permitting process at the City of Atlanta and in DeKalb County. As an architect she is thorough and knowledgeable. This makes getting through the sometimes difficult permitting process much smoother to have good plans. As a person she is a delight to work with. I hope to do many more projects with her in the future.
