Tall Pines Farm - Stoves & Fireplaces

The top quality and amount of choices was amazing. Everyone that is at Tall Pines is knowledgeable and enormously helpful. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. This is the most comfortable my home has felt ever. And as a bonus, my Regency stove looks great. Nancy H

I called Tall Pines Farm twice and emailed once about needing repair service on our fireplace insert that was bought at Tall Pines Farm. Both phone calls and email message resulted in no service appointment. No response at all to my email request for an appointment. The person that answered the phone twice for some reason could not set an appointment. A customer should not need to work for days to get a service appointment set up! I just called Arctic Bear in Binghamton, within 5 minutes they knew my issue, my address and had set a service appointment. That's how a company that is interested in servicing its customers acts.

We replaced our gas fireplace with one from Tall Pines Farm and could not be happier. The logs look incredible, and the remote allows us to tweak the flames and even use it to heat the room (has a thermostat). Tall Pines replaced the thermostat under warranty - I told them not to bother checking because we'd had it so long! They clean and service every year and couldn't be more pleasant or helpful.
