Nancy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She keeps within your budget, listens to YOUR likes and desires and implements them into a fine design for your home. Nancy has helped me on too many jobs to count! She is my go to gal whenever I am in a pinch. Nance is fantastic and easy to work with. We bought an older home that needed some work. Our project included one full bath, one half bath and a large laundry room. It was a complete gut job. We also used Nancy for color selections for a major painting upgrade in all the other rooms of our home. Note: I no longer call it a laundry room; it came out so nice that it has been renamed a "Butler's Pantry". The wife and I put off this needed remodeling for years because we just could not agree on just about anything; colors, fixtures, tile, etc. We decided the only way to make any progress was to get someone to find some happy middle ground we would both like. Nancy was hired and after seeing our home, getting both our inputs on likes, priorities, etc. she went right to work proposing several possibilities. Among these were several the wife and I both really liked. So we proceeded with the implementation of our favorite Nancy suggestions . This was when we discovered another of Nancy's strengths. She is quite flexible in selecting contractors or even having us do some of the work. So we used a mixture of her contacts, my own contractors, and a little of my own wood prep in my basement shop. Nancy took on the role of project manager and scheduled everyone to perfection. With Nancy there are no surprises. She clearly identifies what she is going to do and when. She also lays out what each part of the project is going to cost and why; then she delivers on what she tells you. I really felt that Nancy worked as our agent rather than some contractors mouth piece. When the dust all settled we were happy campers and departed as good friends. When the time to do another project comes along I have no doubt that its Nancy that we will call on to help us get it done.

Nance was very accomodating with my hectic schedule. Once we established the style for the house, Nance took over and finished the set up while i was on vacation. We had to make minor changes to the set up. Nance identified furniture with best quality and affordable cost. She always focused on simple and cost effective solution and always looked for good bargains.
