I spent $40K for a project by Naffco for masterbath and some tile in other areas. Everytime I have a handyman come out for a repair they comment about the poor workmanship on the tile installation. They subcontracted low quality installers and I am still finding problems. Thanks to the plumber they contracted I am out another $3000 in repairs due to a bad installation. I have no recourse against Naffco or the plumber because of the length of time that has passed. The general manager made it clear that Naffco would not help me in anyway.

I have done 2 big projects with Nafco in the past 3+ years , over $25,000.00 . Window shutters for my house and a kitchen remodeling. Every went perfect until I ask for help since my cabinets color started peeling of in less than 2 years. After calling them several times and coming to the house once and after they agreed that something need to be done , never contacted me again , six months later they said it was wear and tear . I ask if they can help me fix them and the answer I receive was that their company was not a good fit for me , to go ahead and find somebody else. After this answer I tried to find out If as a client I did something wrong, but I couldn't get a straight answer. In other words Naffco is good to take your money but they don't have the time to help you with problems or warranty

Great prices, quality products and professional service! They did my laminate wood flooring and I hired them years later to replace my carpet. Will hire again when the time comes.

I chose Naffco on the basis of a recommendation by my realtor. I depended on them for the selection and installation of carpeting in my bedrooms preparatory to putting our house on the market. We had bought a new house in the same neighborhood in the process of downsizing. They were extremely efficient, professional and reliable, understood our needs and met them. I would highly recommend them to others.

My home builder required us to work with certain subcontractors for the construction of our new home. Naffco was one of those subs. I worked exclusively with Pat, who was very knowledgeable about the product selection offered by my builder and helpful with design decisions. He was always available and easy to reach.
