I had an outstanding experience with Manny P., an appliance repair technician, from Yale Appliance. Prior to his visit I had two other appliance technicians come to my home to repair my Thermador Dishwasher, both of whom were recommended by Thumbtack. Neither were able to make the repair, and one exacerbated the problem by forgetting to replace a part and causing water damage. Manny arrived on time, was knowledgeable about the product, patient and polite. He was VERY professional and took time to explain to me what the problem was and how it might have happened. The repair was also very reasonably priced.

Recently had to have a repair person in to assist with the burners on my GE Cafe (2007) range. The repairman was professional, attempted to clean areas that may have caused impingement of the gas. Sadly he found that the range had a part that was no longer in replacement production. This was a safety issue as the burner would not burn a flame on low, but released the gas only. I chose to look into a range replacement on line and called the Dorchester location connected to confirm pricing and attributes of different manufacturers...I had made 3 -4 calls to ask more questions and was always met with a patient, well educated sales person. Went to visit the Hanover location to see my final selections in person, speaking to a different sales person. There was no "tug of war" for my purchase, everyone worked as a team! Loved It! The Delivery was seamless, recieved constant updates about the delivery time. ALL AROUND TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YALE APPLIANCE

Much better shopping experience than going to the big box stores. Salesperson's knowledge helped us make much more informed decisions we could feel confident with. Had originally assumed it'd be more expensive, but after comparing prices online, found them to have exact same prices as the big box stores, and 100 times better customer service.

We have older appliances, including a poorly designed too small LG side by side French door fridge that were here when we bought the house. i have been wanting to get new ones forever, and to upgrade to a double oven. Todd Rourke at the Framingham showroom was very helpful knowledgable and helped me decide on exactly what would work in the space without any high pressure tactics or hassle. He was pleasant, good natured and very patient … even when we put off the project for almost a year. We got there in the end, and I am ecstatic with how it turned out and with what we got. Just in time for Christmas baking! Highly recommend!

I am renovating my kitchen, and I highly recommend Yale Appliance. They are very professional knowledgeable from the sales people to the delivery guys. They are on time with deliveries. The communication with the sales people is amazing.

Their products are great. Service department not very reliable. Scheduled an appointment months in advance. Didn’t show up or leave a phone call. Now I have to schedule another appointment and wait for another no show! Frustrating!

Tried to buy an induction top, was met with unbelievable ignorance and complete lack of preparation. They had only one cooktop hooked up, and no one had a clue how to operate it. Never again.

New washer, dryer & double oven just installed and gorgeous. Simply put: total professionalism and excellent service start to finish. My Dad always said when it comes to appliances and home products “Just go to Yale.” He was always right!

Yale Appliance exceeded all expectations with exceptional customer support from beginning to end, something you won't find at the big box stores. My salesperson Kim was so knowledgeable and friendly, she made sure I had the exact right appliances for my needs and within my budget, while simultaneously making the entire experience actually fun! The delivery people were also exceptional. Dorian and his crew went above and beyond spending a lot of time attempting to fit my refrigerator through an interior hallway door (my mistake). After taking the refrigerator doors off and removing an interior track that extended out, we concluded I had to shave a fraction of an inch off the door frame, as he didn't want to risk damaging my refrigerator. He said to just call back once I have sanded the door frame and they would come back free of charge and move the refrigerator into place in the kitchen. They came right back when I called and were friendly and professional on the return trip. I think HD or Lowes would have just left my fridge in the living room and said you're on your own. As Yale price matches, I can see no reason to ever roll the dice with the big box guys.

Danny DaSilva and the Client Services team were so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process of purchasing appliances for our new home. They were in constant communication with us regarding arrival dates of the different appliances we ordered, and very helpful scheduling delivery. I’ve ordered appliances from a few different companies in other states, and I can tell you with certainty that this was the best experience I’ve ever had working with a appliance company. I highly recommend Yale Appliance for their professional staff and competitive pricing.

We had been planning a major kitchen renovation before covid happened. The renovation got rolled back and we waited until many restrictions were lifted to get back to it and order appliances. By the time the original delivery time frame arrived, covid had forced manufacturing and supply change delays. And so, we waited .. and waited .. Through all of it, Yale was great. They kept us up to date on all vendor supply changes and to let us know when we would likely expect delivery. Because of all of the issues, we received the appliances as they were available rather than all at once. It definitely impacted the renovation but at least we knew what to expect! Yale handled everything in a professional manner and were as timely as they could possibly be. I would highly recommend them for their great customer service, knowledgeable sales team and excellent product selection. They came through when the going got tough!

Beautiful showroom with great product selection. Professional staff and installation. I don't think I could go anywhere else at this point!
