I would really like to have my home finished and back yard cleaned home is STILL not done and it's going on a year now!!!!

I just had Mike B. and the team at MWBell & Son do an update on my St Pete bungalow. They replaced siding, corbels and did a complete paint job. There was plastic soffit and Mike replaced it with the most amazing tongue and groove woodwork. They also did some interior work and opened up two walls which transformed the living space. Mike made suggestions that I hadn't considered which were spot on. The work Mike and his team did really has made me fall in love with my house all over again. I can't speak more highly of Mike, his team and every subcontractor that he brought into my home. His prices were fair, transparent and he was willing to adapt to a myriad of changes that I requested. He is pleasant to work with and treated my home as if it was his own. I had recently done another remodel with another company and I can tell you that finding the right contractor makes all the difference in the world. If you are looking for someone that you can trust your home with and who will exceed your expectations, MW Bell & Son should be your contractor.

Mike Bell is a professional General Contractor and was very thorough in completely remodeling my house. I would use Mike Bell and sons again and or recommended him to others for construction jobs.

Mike and his crew did an incredible top restoring our 1920 house. Every detail to the original mill work was incredible. We have gotten so many complements. Very easy to work with. If we came across any issues Mike was right there to set us straight.

Mike was hired for a remodel. The project dragged on. He never completed the project. He walked off the job and left us with incomplete work everywhere. Didn't seem to be the Mike we hired to complete the work. Very sad and disappointed to see our dream turn into a nightmare. Flooring needs to be redone. My bathroom vanity has no doors and cabinet faces and only one sink works. No attention to detail.

Mike Bell (M.W. Bell & Sons Construction) was hired to repair major damage to a portico at Heritage Church that was hit by a delivery truck. His estimate was fast and fair. He even invested in some preliminary work (his time and effort to partially demo the damaged area) to assure his quote was reasonable and accurate rather than like most contractors that do an educated guess and plug extra to cover any unforeseen problems. The work was done as scheduled and his men cleaned up each day so as not to interrupt normal business activity at church. The quality of the repair is outstanding with no visible issues. You can trust this contractor.

M.W. Bell & Sons is always a pleasure to work with. They are a reputable and respectable company that cares about the customer and their needs and desires. Additionally, they are easy to work with, have great communication and customer service, and are budget friendly. We look forward to working on many more projects with M.W. Bell & Sons.

Mike worked on a project for us and it turned out wonderfully!!!! We have met with many contractors and Mike was the most reasonable and went above and beyond what we expected!! I strongly recommend giving him a call especially if you are dealing with the city and all of the difficulties that come with it!

When we purchased our 1929 bungalow we didn’t realized how damaged the floors and walls were….. we thought we would lose our new home and investment. When I contacted Mike @ M. W.
