Visionarch, LLC, a boutique design/build firm, was born out of a desire to build reality out of your boldest dreams. We are philosopher builders who ask why or why not? We passionately believe in the power of the built environment. In a culture that values quick fixes and instant rewards, we believe in the enduring value of HOME. We are adventurous seekers who thrive on the challenge and satisfaction of building something exceptional. Our own journey* spans two continents, two countries and ONE shared love. Holding two degrees in Architecture from Washington State University, Thomas Glenn worked at an architecture firm for several years. While working there, he realized there was a genuine need for an improved alliance between designer and builder to enhance communication and to better serve clients’ needs. A greater understanding by architects of the real-world challenges faced by builders, as well as an openness by builders to venture beyond the comfort zone to build structures out of the ordinary. We endeavor to reach your destination, reflecting fondly on the journey we shared together. *Thomas & Margit Glenn met in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1991 while Tom was studying there at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture. Margit lends her keen aesthetic eye to team Visionarch, by carefully curating fixtures and finishes for Clients. She is a Certified Green Professional and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist as designated by NAHB. We are boutique, we do bespoke and we build your dream home.
