I only have positive things to say about my experience with Murray Masonry! They bricked a Patio, stairs, repaired my foundation, as well as installed new windows. I was VERY picky - they had to find all perfectly matching bricks. I also had a unique design in my patio that didn't really fit, but the relaid the bricks until I was happy. In addition, installing windows was well above and beyond. Brendan always made time to come meet me in person if I had questions.

I consulted with Murray Masonry on 3 projects, the most recent being in May of 2015 for some foundation repair and maintenance, and a new entry walkway. Brendan, the owner, was prompt, courteous, and provided a detailed quote of the scope of work, along with a number of alternative approaches to consider. Each was outlined, itemized, and clearly stated in the scope of work. He was easy to communicate with to make adjustments that suited our unique needs. When it came time for the work, his team was punctual and professional throughout. When an aspect of our project didn't go quite as planned, Murray Masonry was flexible, yet offered a consultative expertise that allowed us to feel confident in their recommendations. The results of their work are on budget, aesthetically pleasing, and very thorough. I've since consulted on a new project with Murray Masonry, and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We had an excellent experience working with Murray Masonry and More on a hardscape renovation for my driveway, retaining wall and front steps. Brendan, the owner, came out promptly, listened to our vision of the project and then made suggestions based on his expertise. We also found Brendan to be someone with exceptional integrity. Brendan and his crew did a great job of recreating the look of the front of our home while maintaining the integrity of a 75 year old colonial. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and would definitely hire Murray Masonry and More for our next project.

We had a concrete slab walkway with a set of crumbling precast concrete stairs leading from the sidewalk to the front of the house and wanted them replaced. Murray Masonry & More set up an appointment to come by and give us some ideas as well as a quote for the work. Brendan Murray (president) gave us a few ideas and recommendations and later dropped off some sample stones for us to choose from. The final bid / job quote was in line with other providers, but Murray Masonry seemed to have much better communication than others with regard to the job details so we went with them. Job scope: remove and dispose of the old precast concrete stairs; build new front steps (6 steps) with cinder-block core, bluestone treads, and field stone fascia; resurface walkway (2 six foot sections) with bluestone; 3 sidewalk steps with bluestone treads and field stone fascia. (Railings in the pictures were not included.) We're thrilled with the results. As mentioned, the communication throughout the process was exceptional. The work was started and completed exactly as they said it would be even while trying to work around some inclement weather. Clean-up and washing of the finished product was meticulous. After the completion of the job, Brendan noticed a couple minor details he wanted to adjust (which we didn't even notice) and brought them to our attention. He sent his team out again to make the changes before requesting the final payment. We're extremely satisfied and have received many positive comments from friends and neighbors on the work.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Murray Masonry & More did for us. We had an unsightly cinder block carport that Murray Masonry covered with veneer stone. What was once an ugly wall, now lends a great deal of curb appeal to our home. In fact, we have complete strangers stopping to comment on how nice our carport looks. They were on time, on budget, extremely professional and were excellent at communicating progress. I would hire Murray Masonry & More again, without reservation, and have recommended them to many.

We used Murray Masonry for a mix of new work and some repair/restoration. Overall we were very happy and the results are excellent. There were some minor issues that came up during the projects but Brendan took care of everything in a very timely and professional manner. We were extremely happy with the communication during the 2 week project and would use them again.
