I would like to thank my designer Rachel and the operations manager, Don managing my project. Rachel was very accommodating with our changes at the same time offered her valuable advice on what’s suitable and what is not. She was very detailed in all her explanations and did not rush us into making any unwanted decisions. On the other hand, Don was very responsible when managing the contractors and the works they did. He ensured that everything was done properly and handed over on time. He even took the initiative to rectify some of the minor defects after works were completed. Overall a good experience with Mr Shopper Studio and would recommend my friends to consider them if they require renovation works.

I was initially skeptical when beginning my renovation process, as I had heard numerous negative experiences from friends regarding their interior design companies. However, I am pleased to say that my experience with Mr Shopper Studio was absolutely seamless and enjoyable. We decided to engage MSS as we like their design aesthetics. Throughout the renovation process, Eric (designer) was thoughtful and provided several options for us to consider. Although there were inevitable hiccups during the process, Eric was responsive and tried his best to rectify them. MSS also provided furnishing and styling services, which were useful for us. We are happy with the end result. Will recommend MSS if you want a fuss-free renovation experience!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Yawen as my interior designer and Raymond as my project manager, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From the start of the project to the very end, their professionalism and expertise shone through. Yawen has an incredible eye for design and brought my vision to life effortlessly. She skillfully incorporated my personal style into the space, creating a beautiful and cohesive atmosphere. Her attention to detail and ability to transform any space is remarkable. Raymond, on the other hand, ensured that the project ran smoothly from start to finish. His excellent project management skills kept everything on track. Both were always readily available to address any concerns and provided regular updates to keep me informed throughout the process. The collaboration between Yawen and Raymond was seamless. They worked together to ensure that my desires were met, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Their teamwork and effective communication made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I can't thank Yawen and Raymond enough for their phenomenal work. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and will definitely work with you again in the future.

A big heartfelt thank you for Eric, Yawen, Reyanne and their team from MrShopper Studio. We just moved in to our new place for a week. And that feels like home....truly. Our gratitude to MrShopper team for all the hard works done, from planning and executions, and for listening to our requests and complaints. Every step of the whole process was completed on time or ahead of schedule. Secondly, they were very patient when designing and selecting materials. Ryan provided multiple versions of the design and multiple tweaks to the details. Finally, any minor problems found after the renovation were quickly resolved. Special thanks to Terry! He worked hard to coordinate time and manpower as efficiently as possible. He helped us to solve many difficult problems. Terry is a very responsible and excellent project manager.

Amidst the pandemic challenges and given a short timeline, Ken and his team worked tirelessly with an aim to deliver the complete house in time. Nothing is impossible in their eyes. Throwing out new ideas, providing workaround solutions and even to the extent the team was so hands-on that they brought in several of their staff to help with the finishing touches of renovations and preparing of the house for handover so as to meet our timeline! In addition, special thanks to our ID Johan! It is rare to have ID with his 100% commitment to clients. He studied all the moodboards in details (which we provided), to understand our preferences and had been the most interactive in order to ensure the design is what we dream for! We were extremely impressed by the first design rendered which delivered the outcome we wanted. Also, his patience is 100% ! Always willingly to re-render the designs (we laughed about a particular design that we revisited repeatedly ending up with version 60++) and he was very determined in finding the best solution or workarounds for us when we had issues. There are many IDs around. However, for an ID company with excellent project management service, constantly update us on the planning and implementation details with much assurance and commitment, including the most impactful service of accessorising our house that blended in today, you really do not need to worry anything. So if you are looking for a hassle free one stop shop to create your dream house, that’s definitely has to be MSS! Along the way, friendship was made and great to have fun and laughter together! Once again, thanks MSS for everything and we know we made the best choice and the final product is a house that we love very much and by our families and friends!!

Eric and his team(KC, Melvin & Reyane) at MSS were very efficient and professional. They were helpful and communicative throughout the process, including offering suggestions and performing additional work as needed. I never felt pressured or up sold. I am extremely happy with the quality of their finished work. I would recommend or hire them again without hesitation.

After hearing so many horror stories about renovation projects go south, we were very careful in choosing our ID. We met around 5-6 IDs before choosing Mr. Shopper Studio. It turns out that we made a very good decision. Not only was the project finished on time (only 1 week later than the original timeline), but we were also amazed that the result was 99% the same with the 3D. The team (especially Johan as designer and Andy as project manager) communicate intensely with us throughout the project and our requests and questions were answered promptly. We are happy to say that we highly recommend Mr. Shopper to our friends and relatives for a fuss-free and quality renovation.

We started our renovation journey by browsing the project catalogues of local design firms and were attracted to MSS for the variety of designs in their portfolio, execution of design elements we were seeking, and their overall design language. At our initial briefing we were impressed by their appreciation of our asks and requirements, and the energy and ideas they brought to the discussion which complemented our vision. MSS’s unique no-obligation 3D rendering service also made it easier for us to imagine our future home, and created immediate trust in their ways. This trust in MSS was further fostered through their personable and proactive approach, 24/7(!) dedication, expertise and attention to detail throughout the entirety of the project. Being pressed to make important decisions for every single part of the home was stressful enough without worrying about the reliability and quality of the end-product, so having a trustworthy partner in MSS was immensely valuable. We insisted on being hands-on, thoroughly vetting all design suggestions MSS came up with, having continuous constructive dialogue to understand our options, and considering alternatives, yet ended up mostly agreeing to their original suggestions. Our renovation was done during difficult periods of the pandemic with labour and movement restrictions which the MSS team seamlessly navigated, not only coming through with sourcing available contractors and materials but also making sure that the uncertainty of the situation did not weigh on us. Naturally we encountered numerous hurdles and challenges but they were well communicated and dealt with competently by our onsite project manager. At the end, our renovation project was delivered on schedule. With regards to the end-product, our home turned out perfect. The thorough planning from the beginning, thoughtful selection of materials, and the fabrication of design elements resulted in the home that we had dreamt of for so long, and we were amazed that it was executed by MSS with such professionalism, proficiency and efficiency. Their decorating service was the proverbial icing-on-the-cake, removing the headache of accessorising our home, and ensuring that we were in love the moment we opened the door. The quality of the workmanship was spot-on, and we continue to be covered for servicing of defects for the next year. As our 2nd most expensive shopping expense ever (the 1st being the actual property!) it was an understandably all-consuming experience, yet the 12-months engaging with MSS was inspiring, educational and enjoyable! We were superbly serviced by designer-in-charge Liz, Jeff as onsite manager, and decorators Jamie and Reyane. I unequivocally recommend to at least schedule an appointment with MSS for your next project.
