I appreciate the products available, but the customer service is terrible. Not even acknowledged when I walked and walked around the store. Then when I asked if the salesperson that I worked with was available I was told they would get to me as soon as possible without any effort to try and help me. Then the person who came to help had to clock back in after sitting in the break room for 15 minutes. No paid breaks?

It is not often you find a gem like Kate. She listens with no pressure and then guides you to what you are looking for with ease. She is personable, thoughtful and knows her product line(s). I appreciate that she wasn't intent on showing me products I was not interested in, but let me take my own self down that road if I wanted! Kate is patient and thorough when it comes to ordering... she is a GO-TO lady!! Thanx.

Kate and Mountain Supply were amazing! They truly led us through every step of ensuring we had everything for plumbing while building our home. Kate gave us so many options, in our price range, and was incredibly quick to answer questions, find answers, etc. She knew about plumbing components that we didn't know existed! We are incredibly happy with every piece she helped us choose! She gives Mountain Supply a superb name! :) Thank you so much!

Kate was very helpful in getting us a sink for our kitchen remodel. It had taken 2 months and 2 broken sinks before we turned to Kate and she had one, unbroken, for us in 4 days. We;ll return when we need anything else.
