Founder, Brad Rottschafer started Mosaic in 1993 with the desire to craft residential neighborhoods and build stunning homes that radiate a sense of community and inspire those who live in, or are traveling through them. Our mission at Mosaic Properties is to positively impact our communities by creating neighborhoods that have great architecture, positive civic space and are "built to last". We accomplish this by collaborating with the most talented land planners, architects and artisans in our industry. This is what we call "The Fine Art of Neighborhood". Without inspiration, life is dull and boring. The same applies to neighborhoods and homes.
