The entire experience from purchasing the building from salesperson which worked thru every detail of entire project to construction by foreman which also built another building in 1994. Everyone from Morton was 100% and Company's sub-contracted thru Morton did excellent job and quality of work was great. The salesperson worked on my estimate for building giving me the best options to bring my dream shop to reality. This was my 3rd Morton barn on this property, others tried to price something close but just do not have quite the same quality as I wanted on my property. In future if I was to build more will most likely be another Morton due to quality, warranty, and added value to my property.

I had Morton build a 40x60 building two years ago. The building is beautiful as well as functional. The only problem was some roof leaks. Eventually these were fixed and all is good. The people from Morton are professional and easy to deal with. They are helpful and are there for support. I really like my new building. I wish I built one sooner.

We are extremely pleased with our new 48' x 80' Morton barn. When we decided to build a new barn, we contacted four companies in the Southern Illinois area. Even though they came back with lower bids, we did not feel like they had the quality materials and workmanship that Morton does. Our older barn that Morton built over 30 years ago serves as a great testament to this, and the quality of Morton buildings has only gotten better. Our new barn was built right next to our home, which meant that we were able to watch all phases of construction. The crew leader was excellent at keeping us updated on the progress and was very responsive to our needs. The close proximity allowed us to get to know the crew well, and we soon learned that were as concerned with quality as we were. We are thrilled with our barn. It is top quality and looks exactly like we had hoped!

Morton provided an extremely professional sales and engineering force for my building. They accommodated my desires for a stronger floor and high entry doors and did the construction in a timely manner within budget and on time.

Solid company that has worked with us from day one to get our dream barn/retirement cave built. I am currently active duty Marine Corps and have had to work on this project from long distance. Morton is a nationally ranked builder and their quality of work was a big selling point for us. They are near complete with construction of a 30 x 75 barn with all the options. Barn was based upon proportions from some of the great barns we have seen in the northern states. It has 19 foot sidewalls, a second story one bedroom apartment, a fully equiped woodworking shop, as well as a machine shop for the farm equipment. Very well done. Can't wait to finally retire and get to enjoy the barn.

We built a large pole building that included basic layout for 'living quarters', or what we refer to as a little cottage with a really big garage. In the 10 years since we've built the building they have come out without question to tweak small issues. (We have large sliding barn doors that have needed adjustment for example.) There have never been additional charges. They also led us to a contractor who would help with updates to the living quarters which was mostly our work. While people joke about being born in a barn we proudly live in one on the weekends, and have been happy with the quality of the work and the long term committment to the building, even through the tough construction environment in our state. Even after the passing of 10 years when I see a Morton building in our travels I feel like I'm seeing a friend. I'd highly recommend this company for it's flexibility to our plan, it's work and long term stability.
