It's been almost a year since my kitchen remodel project was completed, and I still love it and feel like it's brand new! Even through we had our kitchen stripped to the bare bones, and removed some walls, living conditions were much better than I'd expected, and the project stayed close to schedule so we were able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner in our new kitchen. All the staff at Morris Black, from initial design through the entire remodel, were easy to work with and made the project smooth. Thank you, Morris Black!

We had our kitchen and master bathroom remodeled. Our designer Lydia was great. She listened to our needs, concerns, and suggestions. She was willing to work with us to get the end result that we are most happy with. She spent a lot of time with us going over all the details. There were a few design challenges that she was able to overcome. A schedule of work was developed so we knew exactly what was happening and when. The projects were completed on time and on budget. The workmen who came to bring her design to life arrived promptly everyday and were true craftsman, they did a great job. At the end of the day they cleaned up the work site so there was no debris laying around. We would not hesitate to use Morris Black again for our remodeling needs.

Designer Lydia Bogle from the Morris Black team did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation. She incorporated all of our needs into a beautiful design plan, advised us well in choosing cabinetry, counters, tiles, accessories, etc. and then managed all subcontractors around our schedule. Most importantly, we expected some hiccups along the way since we have a 140 yr old house; Lydia handled them gracefully and efficiently. We are exceptionally pleased with the outcome and enjoyed working with her. I would definitely recommend Lydia to anyone undertaking such a large project.

I had a complete bathroom remodel by Morris Black. Lydia, the designer did a fantastic job. She took out the tub and designed a large walk in doorless shower. The opening is rounded like an arch with floor to ceiling tile with granite seat in and outside of shower. Beautiful cream color vanities with a vintage flare. Crystal chandelier and sconces set the stage for beauty. Everything was done on a timely schedule with very friendly, neat and trustworthy contractors. I was given a schedule and knew everyday who was coming and the time. Needless to say, we were very pleased and would choose Morris Black for other projects in our home.

Lydia Bogle of Morris Black Designs was the consummate professional in bringing our partially formed concepts into an integrated concrete plan and then, she flawlessly coordinated its execution. Her active listening and questioning resulted in a pertinent display of samples and materials. Detailed drawings from various perspectives increased our confidence in the plan and gave Lydia an opportunity to suggest some fine tuning in cabinet design. Thanks to Morris Black Designs and Lydia we are fully satisfied with our beautiful kitchen and three beautiful bathrooms.

The bathroom upgrade design by Morris Black was first class. The wood work was first class. The electricians did sloppy wiring in the attic, and put foot thru ceiling, but did fine in the bathroom . Plumbers did a fine job. The plumbing supply house sent the wrong tub and then the replacement was defective - added a lot of time to complete the project. The lead mechanic from Morris Black was A#1 and knew how to get things done and done right - a fantastic multi-craftsman and worked well with all the subcontractors - without him, am quite sure the job could not have been done so well. He was conceintious, and knew how to do things right without cutting corners. Coordinating the different craftsmen worked quite well. The Morris Black architect did a great job with the design: innovative, lots of great ideas.

Morris Black redid our kitchen in 2004, and it looks just as good today as it did then. Their designers are top notch (thanks, Oscar!) and their Project coordinator Deb lets you know which subcontractors will be in your home and when. The whole process was smooth and actually fun! These guys are truly talented professionals! We love the design AND the execution. Highly recommended - we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Morris Black did a terrific job on our kitchen remodel. Oscar came up with the perfect design, and Mike is the most efficient and talented installer I've ever worked with. I'd hire that team again in a second.
