Wonderful company to work with! Justin was very professional, competent, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Only issue was several short delays in material delivery. Once they had materials, countertops were replaced quickly and professionally and the final result was fantastic!! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace countertops.

They find solutions that not only help the customer, but also the lifespan and look of the granite. Great job on all the installs I have had done over the years and I will be going back again for more.

From the time we walked into the store, (without an appointment) Emily stepped out to assist us. We put her through the gauntlet so to speak, asking tons of questions, multiple prices based on materials, various sink options, etc. She was always patient and extremely responsive. Their guy came out measure, Emily scheduled an install date, the guys showed up as promised, installed the countertop and sink, expertly I'll add. We added the backsplash. Overall, OVSS was a good choice - glad we went with them.

Had granite counter top installed July 2016. They had mis-cut piece so had to recut. Surface was not adequately sealed so they had to reseal it. The sink glued to surface came loose and though we noticed spring of 2017, we didn’t call them till fall 2017 as we were traveling summer. They refused to fix under warranty as said it expired at 1 yr. Would have rated higher if they fixed the sink.

Molly, the lady I am working with to design my kitchen and bathrooms has been patient, attentive and loaded with great ideas and color patterns. She is professional and easy to work with. She responds to my phone calls in a timely manner. She explains the different options and the costs associated with each option. She lays the materials out so you could get a good visual and what you are choosing.
