Poor quality control: I had ordered a 5'x8' rug pad through Amazon and was shipped a 4'x6' rug pad the first time, then a 5'x7' pad was delivered the second time. I have yet to receive the correct rug size, and their claims department offered no correction to their error. I'm not impressed with the poor quality control from Mohawk home, and would not recommend ordering their rug pads from any of their retailers.

Alyssa from Customer Service helped me locate a rug to replace the one that I had that had a burn from an exploded battery. The rug was discontinued but she located it in the warehouse and offered to sell it to me, a non-wholesale customer. The process went smoothly and the arrival was timely. I am very impressed with the customer service.

They are such a great company with great employees! We have purchase a lot of inventory from Mohawk throughout the years and will continue to do so.

I just love my rug from Mohawk Home! Not only is it beautiful, it's also extremely well made and comfortable on our feet!

Our Moroccan style rug from Mohawk Home is plush, doesn't shed, and looks beautiful in our living room. We are very pleased, especially given the low price! Great quality.

I ordered a rug from Mohawk and am SO happy with it. It shipped quickly, showed up in perfect condition, and was just what I was looking for in my living room. Because Mohawk rugs aren't terribly expensive I wasn't sure how the quality would be, but it's a beautiful piece and looks way more expensive than it was. I'd recommend Mohawk to anyone!

I have the Mohawk Home black and white chevron indoor/outdoor rug and had such a wonderful experience. The rug came quickly, was packaged well, and was just as described. The quality is wonderful and it's Made in America. I'm hooked.

I recently received an area rug from Mohawk Home for my home's living room, and I just love my living room's new area rug! The Mohawk Home Twill area rug is perfect for the space, and I just love the subtle gold and cream chevron pattern. The area rug is of much better quality than any other area rug's I've owned. I really like the soft/rich texture and feel of my home's new area rug.

From our very first conversation, the folks at Mohawk have been impeccably kind and helpful. I order the Moracco rug and it's exactly what I was looking for… it's in our dining room and suits the space perfectly. So far it's been durable and holds up well to the traffic that comes with a large family's dining room!
