Let by Tom Hardiman, it monitors proposed legislation by one of the states or federal government that might affect modular manufacturers or builders. It consults with those of us that will be impacted by the changes and lobbies on our behalf. And it does so very effectively. The MHBA also does a very good job promoting our industry. Its website displays photos of many stunning modular homes. One look at these photos will dispel any doubt about the creativity of modular manufacturers and builders.
