Modern Remodel and Design

Great job, we now have basically a brand new home. We had a kitchen remodel which turned into getting long needed upgrades down, we had popcorn scraped off the ceilings, new flooring from the front door to the back. Even new flooring in our guest bath which turned into a slight remodel as well. Chris was great, he helped us lay out our kitchen so it could finally work efficiently. He cleaned up after every days, he is very busy. He worked with our large family and two large dogs and finished the job in a timely manner. LOVE our new home.

We chose Modern Remodel and Design to remodel our kitchen., We were referred to them from a neighbor who had just had their kitchen beautifully remodeled by Chris. We couldn't be any happier!! We appreciated Chris's meticulous details to perfecting every part of the project. We felt safe with him in our home, he cleaned up every evening before he left, and he shared ideas with us. He helped me think out of the box and I was pleasantly surprised with the end result. We highly recommend Modern Remodel if you want a project done right, and we hope to use him again for future home updates.

We first hired Modern Remodel and Design in December 2017 to take a 1965 bathroom down to the studs and bring it up-to-date. Although I had a definite idea about what I wanted, Christopher brought it all together in one cohesive design. Not only was the work impeccable but they work so clean - putting down floor protection and leaving everything neat at the end of the work day. Because we had such a positive experience, we hired Chris a few months later for a much larger project which included a master bath remodel (also down to studs) opening up doorways, new tile floors throughout the entire house, paint and trim. Once again: great design aesthetic, and a clean work process resulting in a beautiful outcome. The next -and only remaining- project is the kitchen and we would not consider hiring anyone else.

My Wife and I hired Christopher to remodel our kitchen and great room. Chris the cost for what we had in mind would run between $20,000,00 And $50,000.00 depending on what material we picked, he also said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete the job-he was right on both. The work stated when all the material (except) counter top was on site. The cabinets he recommends are top of the line all plywood with quality hinges and drawer slides. Christopher and his side kick Brent are both knowledgeable and pay attention to detail. The kitchen is a master piece and we are extremely happy. If we do another room or two it will be Modern Remodel and Design doing the work

I hired Modern Remodel and Design for the recent remodel of our entire home. I would characterize this as a large-scale residential remodel project with a total gut and rebuild of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living and dining rooms. From beginning to end, it was an incredibly smooth process and the ultimate reward is an absolutely gorgeous home that our entire family will enjoy for many years to come. The pleasure was mine to work with Chris Brown, the owner. He is the consummate professional. He is trustworthy, honest and stands by his word and commitment. He is organized, methodical and attentive to detail in his manner of bringing the project to fruition. He is focused on quality and holds himself and those that work for him to a very high standard. Regarding the design process, he will guide you to an elevated sense of style as well as save you from yourself if you are one of those people who makes regrettable decisions when it comes to materials and design and functionality. I also want to give recognition to his employee Brent Bach who was a constant companion to the project. He is highly skilled in his trade and, honestly, you just couldn’t meet a nicer guy. I will only hire Modern Remodel and Design for future home remodel projects and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my closest and most trusted friends and family members.

Chris did an amazing job redesigning our kitchen/living area and master bed/bath. He was able to seamlessly add character and class to our tired house. Now, it has a modern style that’s comfortable and functional. Love how he was able to take the old and make it new again, within budget!

We loved working with Modern Remodel & Design! Our house was sold to us as "remodeled" and we didn't have hot water or the use of our master bath (no thanks to the inspectors that we used, sigh). Chris and his plumber Shawn worked within our budget and made sure we absolutely LOVED the final project... not everyone can say they have a beautiful bathroom! Chris completed a total kitchen transformation for us. This project included all new cabinets, center island with butcher block and flush mount stove top, granite counter top, backsplash, new sink, double oven, and new paint color scheme. The job was done quickly and professionally. Chris maintained consistent communication throughout the process so that we were always on the same page from start to final completion.

I collaborated with Chris on a boomerang executive desk. What a great project! Having worked with him on this project and seen other work he has done, I can promise you that you won't find someone with the eye, work ethic, and skill level that Chris has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
