I had an excellent experience with Modern Bathroom. I ordered 3 products from them (2 different wall cabinets and a toilet). One of the wall cabinets came damaged and they mailed out a replacement immediately. Unfortunately the 2nd one arrived damaged as well. Regardless, they sent out a THIRD cabinet and it arrived flawless through a different freight carrier. I didn't even have to send the other 2 back because they were considered unsellable. The level of customer service I received is rare and a breath of fresh air. I feel completely confident ordering from them in the future because I know they are willing to make me 100% happy with my purchases. Thank you!

I was skeptical about this place because they have mixed reviews, but I guess everybody has a different experience with things. My experience was pleasant, I found what I wanted, the price was good, and it was delivered on time. I don’t really have much to complain about.

When I told my sister I was thinking of remodeling my bathroom, this is the first place she brought me to. She went to Modern Bathroom when she re-did her bathroom, and she told me it would be the perfect place for my home project. Their showroom is incredible! I could literally spend all day in there, ha ha! Whether you know exactly what you want or just want to browse, Modern Bathroom is worth a visit. They have so many options, and their sales people were super helpful.

The only reason I give Modern Bathroom four stars is because they don’t have everything in their showrooms that they have online. I saw something I liked on their site and headed to the showroom to check it out in person, but they didn’t have it there. If I were you, I’d call first to see if they have it. That way you don’t waste time driving around. Other than that, everything was good. They were friendly and the showroom was big and clean.

I’m impressed with both the level of service and quality of products. I purchased a bathtub online, but had a few questions. I called customer service and the man on the other end was very helpful. I hate calling customer service only to be treated like a nuisance. Luckily, these guys aren’t like that! Anyways, long story short – bought the bathtub, it was delivered quickly, and I’ve had no problems with it.

While I was doing some comparison shopping, I noticed Modern Bathroom had the best price – even with sales tax added! Another good thing is they have free shipping, so that’s some money saved. If you’re interested in doing a bathroom remodel but don’t have tons of cash to throw around, I’d recommend checking out this place.

Before learning about Modern Bathroom, I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot. Those stores didn’t have a great selection, and I felt a little bit out of place – almost like I shouldn’t be there because I don’t really know too much about what I’m doing. When I went to Modern Bathroom’s showroom I felt like I was welcomed. The salesperson asked about my project, what style the bathroom was going to be, etc. Anyways, I bought a vanity, they helped me carry it to my truck and that was the end of it. A very positive experience overall.

I decided to remodel my bathroom a while back, and had heard good things about Modern Bathroom, so I visited them to see for myself. They do have an impressive amount of choices, but their customer service wasn’t as fast as I would have liked. Once I got someone to help me, they took me around the showroom and showed me some different examples of their vanity choices. I found a double vanity that would have been a perfect fit for my house, but I was extremely disappointed to find that the particular model I wanted didn’t come in grey. That was ultimately a deal-breaker for me, so I left and chose a vanity from Lowes instead.

I visited the L.A showroom with my husband a few weeks ago and initially it wasn’t the best experience. We tried to get help from one of the girls in the showroom and she was busy with another customer and didn’t get back to us, so we wandered around a little more. Then a guy came up to us and he seemed to be an expert on everything in the store! He was very interested in our project, what we needed, what our price range was, etc. He seemed to genuinely care about getting us what we needed. He was so helpful, in fact, that we bought a bathtub THAT DAY! I’m only taking one star off because the first girl we came in contact with wasn’t the best first impression.

I ordered a vanity from Modern Bathroom – the product came fast and the shipping was free! Unfortunately, there was a crack in it so I had to call customer service to find out what to do. The girl on the phone was very pleasant, didn’t seem like she was in a rush to get me off the phone and clearly explained what I had to do. I sent the vanity back, and got a replacement pretty quickly. Modern Bathroom has great customer service – sometimes accidents happen, but they were more than happy to accommodate me and my broken vanity.

I purchased from Modern Bathroom for the first time and was pleased with the result. I purchased a wall-mounted vanity, and it arrived in a timely manner and in great condition. I was a little worried about getting something so fragile shipped – but it was fine and I’m very happy with it!

I came across Modern Bathroom’s site while looking for some fixtures for a bathroom remodel I’m doing in a few months. I was impressed by their selection, and their prices seem very fair. The best thing is they offer free shipping within the United States – shipping of stuff this big can cost a lot so it’s totally a lifesaver! I'm not ready to buy just yet, but I’m definitely bookmarking them for the future.
