Super friendly office! Incredibly professional and creative throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job on the renovation for my house and I'll be sure to work with them again!

They helped with redesigning my back porch and discussed future extensions for my house. The entire process went extremely smoothly and I could not be happier with the final product. They were able to bring their expertise and friendliness with consistency to my project and brought what I thought was impossible to life. If you are looking for an architectural company that goes beyond getting the job done but is invested in establishing a friendship and putting you as their top priority, look no further. I had a tremendous experience with MOA and will be relying on them for future projects!

Great architecture team! We had the pleasure of collaborating with Tom and Ruth on an enclosed porch project in Chicago. From the very first meeting on site they were easy to work with. They provided great detailed drawings and were always available via phone or email when questions came up. Looking forward to working together on future projects! Pictures coming soon.

The architects of MOA are unmatchable. I have worked with them on a few projects and each time they delivered exactly what I was looking for. Excellent communication skills, easy to work with, and highly knowledgeable- I will continue to work with MOA in the future and I highly recommend them.

I am a residential building designer and have been collaborating with MOA on various projects for a few years now. It isn't always easy for designers and architects to collaborate with respect and without overstepping their boundaries. Ruth has always been professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I haven't come across anything that she doesn't already know, or knows where to quickly find the answer. Above all, her communication skills are fantastic and I know she respects my knowledge without ego as I respect hers. I can't think of one reason why I would not recommend MOA!

Tom and Ruth, the architects of MOA, Micheal Office of Architecture are amazing!! We wanted to update and add a second floor to our traditional Chicago bungalow without losing it’s character. Tom and Ruth listened to what we wanted and created an amazing design. Our new kitchen will definitely be a show stopper! The second floor was designed to keep the integrity of a bungalow with all the space we needed. The second floor addition gave us two bedrooms, master bedroom with two walk-in closets & master bath, additional bathroom, laundry and office. Tim and Ruth are patient, professional, knowledgeable, committed and so easy to work with. They took time to listen to all our ideas and concerns. We are extremely happy with our decision to work with MOA and their team.

I cannot say enough positive things about this group. They have an uncanny ability to read people and what they are looking for in a space (More so than we even knew!). They are thorough, honest and very knowledgeable. We are so grateful to have found them.

I am a General Contractor and have worked with Ruth of MOA on several projects in San Francisco. MOA was easy to work with, efficient, and excellent with communication and collaboration with myself and the homeowners. MOA was able to get approvals and permits very quickly and the remodel design they provided yielded a beautiful and functional space. I will continue to work with MOA when I have the opportunity and I would highly recommend this company.
