MJS custom design group was contracted to provide architectural design, and engineering for a waterfront residential project. The property presented some unique challenges in shape and size. Michael listen to our needs and delivered a product which we all are very proud of representing our vision. During the process of design and building he was available to adjust and advise. MJS Custom Inc completed an outstanding design for us. We are building a 10,000 sq ft home in Reunion Resort and cannot say enough about how happy we were with MJS. Jason and Michael carefully listened to what we wanted, added their expertise and creativity to our vision and gave us a design that far exceeded our expectations. I have been using MJS Home Designs for the past three years and have always been completely satisfied. They do an excellent job, easy to work with, and always willing to take the time to discuss my concerns and respond to questions. We have also worked with them on occasion for new alterations, additions, consultations, and much more. They are very reasonably priced and always thorough with each job they do.

My wife and I are building our dream house, which is a huge undertaking. When building a new home, it takes a lot of trust and guidance to get all the pieces to fall into place, so finding the right home design team was crucial. We definitely found that and more with Michael, Jason and their team at MJS. I found them to be great to work with, very knowledgeable about the rules of construction and the construction process in our area. They are very good at providing guidance on design but listen very carefully to your vision and try to execute that into the plans. Their commitment and work is unparalleled. If I had to do this project over again, I would definitely work with this firm. I cannot say enough good things about this team.

From the moment we met this team we felt comfortable that they had our best interest at heart. Since my wife and I had never gone through a home building process from the design phase the MJS team team were patient but at the same time gave us the advise to ensure our home would be built to our satisfaction. Every detail was discussed to avoid future mistakes . Trust is very critical when building a dream home and we trust MJS.

Better Built Homes of Florida hired MJS designs to create our entire product line of single family and multifamily structures. These homes have been successfully marketed in multiple subdivisions around Central Florida. The folks at MJS designs have always been accomodating to the ever changing needs of our project due to the fluid nature of client preferences and varying requirements for permitting in multiple municipalities. As a corporation, we at Better Built Homes have been more than satisfied with their service, creativity, and flexibility in keeping up with our changing needs. As the Vice President of Construction, I would make every effort to bring MJS designs with me into any of my future endeavors.

MJS Custom Home Designs has designed three of my personal custom homes that we have had built over the last several years. I am currently in the process of building my third personal home designed by their firm. They are a talented firm that has creative design capabailities that are reflected in all of the homes they have designed for our family. They are engaging in the process and always available for any issues that may come up during the construction process. They always meet the project deadlines and most times complete their obligations earlier than requested. If I build another personal home, I will for sure have them design the home.

We had to fire our first builder and our new builder, Konkol Custom Homes & Remodeling, recommended we use MJS to redesign our home. MJS was timely, detailed and offered insight on architectural style and scale. If we ever decide to build again, we would definitely look to MJS for their expertise.
