We bought a condo at Stoneridge at Heritage Village in Warren. Well built and gorgeous. We love the floor plan with high ceilings. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and profession

Ms. Grace Evola and MJC Builder are good to work with, very cooperative. Ms. Grace Evola explained to us, both (Sunny Patel and Andy Patel), each step during the construction of our new home. In the first site tour, she explained the layout the the home, all available options. She helped us in each and every step. This builder (MJC) knows what they are doing, they have very very good staff, very cooperative, and their workmanship is also excellent and the quality of the work is superior and excellence.

Everything and everyone associated with MJC has been top notch. We enjoy the people and our community. We have had very few follow up issues and there were all addressed the same day reported.

MJC built my condo in the Boulder Pointe complex and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. As in any project you find little things that you could nit-pick but they were not anything worth worrying about. Overall they did a great job for a great price.

MJC was great to work with. From the sales process through the "delivery" of our finished home, everyone we dealt with was completely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to build another house with them.

The salesperson Grace Evola that we have worked with in purchasing our new home has been absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have done this without her.
