MITER Renovations & Design

We hired Brendan this year to completely renovate the upper floor of our 1960's bungalow and we are so happy we did! He was referred to us by a local interior designer, and as soon as we saw his portfolio we knew he was the contractor for us. Brendan was great to work with - he is very professional, knows his stuff, and is meticulous when it comes to the details. During the entire process we felt very well taken care of and we knew if we had any questions he was always just a phone call away. Brendan was great at bringing forward different options that we had and helped guide us through these options, as this was our first time ever going through this process. He was able to recommend great companies to work with (cabinets, plumbing, etc.) and we felt that every company he sent us to had an equal standard to his. We are beyond thrilled with the final result of our home - it turned out better than we could have imagined!

Brendan and I have worked together on a few projects now, and I always look forward to connecting on-site! He respects the design direction, is open to feedback, and works together to problem solve in a way that is reasonable, creative, and collaborative. Brendan truly cares about the final result and is willing to go the extra mile. His own workmanship, as well as the workmanship completed by the trades under his watch is excellent. Highly recommend!
