Annie Santulli and I connected at the first meeting. She listened to the look I wanted to achieve and totally delivered. She took a plain house and with the help of her fabulous contractors transformed it into a stylish, elegant home which my husband and I enjoy. Annie has great energy, vision, and organization. Annie was the consumate professional to deal with. No nonsense, and attentive to every detail. Very much on top of the project from start to finish. We did everything to our house to renovate it as it was purchased from an older couple and needed serious TLC. She did everything from redoing master bathroom, and construction projects to lighting, wall coverings, flooring, all the way down to the smallest finishing touches. EXCELLENT!!! Made it all very easy for us. We would recommend her to anyone, without reservation.

Annie is a one of a kind professional with a flair for upscale decorating and design. She has a team of first class professionals including plumbing electrical and all phases of construction. Her sense of color and design and attention to all details are exciting and she is a joy to work with !

Annie is a delight to work with and “LISTENS.” She has incredible style, ideas and contacts, whether it’s building a wall unit or preparing crown moldings to house shades and drapery....she does it all from start to finish. Best of all, she gently pushes me out of my comfort zone to achieve incredible results. I love our home!

There are so many many wonderful things to say about my experience with Annie so I’ll just note the salient points. Annie Listens and is very patient. She understands client’s goals and limits. She brings to the table a high level of coordination with contractors and PMs. There’s a careful selection of every element from lighting to furniture and accessories, and in my gut renovation the redesign of walls and ceilings. Annie is always on time and enthusiastic HER number one goal is to make her client happy. I for one am thrilled to have worked with Annie and I know I would not be living in my dream home without her.

Annie Santulli whisked away the dated Mediterranean look of our house and brought it into the year 2020. We always disliked our northern exposure. It made everything look heavy and dark. We never dreamed our home could become so light and bright. Now we live in an elegant, chic and modern home. The word I used to describe it is spectacular! From the construction, to the furniture selection and accessories, Annie got a sense of our design taste right away and was spot on with all of her choices. Everything she showed us reflected who we are. She immediately “got us.” She was always available from early morning emails to text responses right away. If I said “Annie, I think we could use a bench in the guestroom” pictures were sent to us right away and a bench was ordered that afternoon! She has a fun, easy-going attitude and yet she is detail oriented. We never had to worry or think twice about anything. If something came up (which wasn’t often) her response was “ I’ll handle it.” Although Annie has many clients she always makes you feel like you are her only ones. We really cannot praise her enough and we feel that a review like this cannot even do her justice. I met Annie Santulli this last spring on a referral from a mutual friend. I had also had a chance to peruse her much acclaimed magazine article in one of South Florida’s premier publications. From the moment I met Annie, I knew we were going to work well together. On our first meeting, she toured me through one of the homes that she had recently remodeled and decorated. I was in love at first sight! Her taste level is of the highest choice and she has an innate ability to understand what her clients desire. I have two teenagers that will frequently visit with their friends, so I needed a sophisticated look, with durable fabrics that can withstand irreverent kids yet still have a touch of glam for me! Annie understands this and has steered me to choose the most amazing pieces! We had the most fun shopping for my home together! I have worked with many designers over the years and this experience has been the best ever. I can’t wait for it all to be delivered and will post photos as we get it done.

Before hiring Annie for my project, I interviewed several designers from Miami to Palm Beach but only Annie stood out. Her energy and excitement about my project was infectious from the first moment we met. She was as excited about the project as I was. After a year in construction, Annie's excitement and energy has never wavered. She has been with me every step of the way and am so happy with the result. From the very beginning Annie listened to exactly what I was trying to create and took it from there. She has an exceptional ability to interpret the customers vision and make it happen. I quickly gained full confidence in her decisions and expertise which is unheard of for me. She is always available, always returns calls and makes decisions quickly. Of all the decisions you make when undertaking a major construction project, none is more important than the person who pulls it all together. Annie without question was the best decision I made on my project.
