Very disappointing customer service. Our custom order of glass shelving & installation was not measured properly, counted or installed properly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

We were fortunate enough to find Mirror Crafters, Inc. to repair a 14 year old installation of a Kohler Body Spa with three curved sliding doors on a curved track. Two of the doors were impossible to keep on the curved door track and upon contacting Kohler, Inc., we were told the unit was no longer made so replacing the curved door track, the doors or the rollers would not be possible - end of that conversation. We then contacted a company who "specialized" in these track-style sliding glass doors and they told us that the "rollers" needed to be replaced, but they were "specialized" rollers for the Kohler Body Spa and they didn't carry them nor did they have access to them. So much for a "specialized" company! Along came Mirror Crafters, Inc. who, after hearing our description of the problem and the doors, sent out two employees. "Matt" and his assistant looked at the problem doors, assessed the situation and within 45 MINUTES had the doors working better than they did when they were new! They didn't replace the "rollers" but cleaned, lubricated and adjusted them, set them back on the track and PRESTO - - GOOD AS NEW! Several showers later, we are thrilled with the repair and highly recommend this company. Their knowledgeable and skilled employees are second to none. Matt and his assistant were personable young men, highly professional and..... they cleaned up the job site before they left.
