In January of 2020 we decided to add a Master bedroom with full basement to our existing house built on crawlspace foundation and add an attached Two-car garage with shop. In looking for contractors only one satisfied all of our requirements, Miller’s Residential Creations. Brian Miller and his talented crew were extremely easy to work with. Brian always kept the budget and our design in mind. After the construction drawings were finalized Miller’s Residential Creations were able to move it through the county building permit process quickly. Construction began in March of 2020 and was completed in September of the same year. Adding a full basement to an existing house on a crawlspace foundation was accomplished without major incident. As with any construction project there were unexpected findings that caused changes to the design. Brian was able to explain the changes and made sure it had a minimal impact on the construction budget. We would hire Miller’s Residential Creations to do any future construction on our property without reservation. We would also like to thank Brian Miller, Travis Sprouse, Eddie, Dan, Adam, Mark, and Chris for their attention to detail, work ethic, and respectfulness during the construction process.

Miller's Residential really came through for us when we needed a repair quickly due to a storm. The guys showed up on time, were very pleasant and professional to deal with, had the materials they needed, and cleaned up wonderfully! We hired Miller's Residential Creations to build a mother-in-law apartment onto our house as an addition. From start to finish, the experience was virtually stress-free, and actually pleasant. Although we had come up with our own floor plan and basic design, Brian took it and improved upon it giving us a much better use of the space. He also recommended other design improvements that ultimately gave us a home we were much happier with. His build crew are all very experienced and the work was top-notch. We were very pleased with all of the work that was done, and will be using Miller's for any future work we need done.

MRC completed several projects for us: built a detached two level two car garage, built a 10'x20' sunroom where we once had a screened porch, gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, and put in a stone driveway. Brian excels at working with the client to make the many decisions involved with any construction project. With all projects he stayed within the detailed budget and finished within a reasonable time frame. He is both creative and practical bringing years of construction expertise to the work. The garage and sun room were completed in 2012 and six years later are in great shape. The bathroom was completed in 2015 and exceeded all expectations. We feel lucky to have found Brian!
