I contacted Miller Patios about having to renovate our old patio by having my old concrete removed and installing new pavers and a new PVC fence. Mike immediately answered the phone and told me he would come in the next morning. He arrived on time and discuss the design details and agreed on the project estimates and quotes. I decided to give him the job. A couple of days later, Mike and his crew arrived as scheduled. I was very impressed how organized they were and all the equipment that they had. His crew were all professionally dressed and looked like a team not just a bunch of guys doing work! I can't express how cleanly and accurately all the work was done. The workers were very polite and focused on their work. I watched the entire job being done, and they answered any questions I had. When the pavers were being installed, they meticulously checked each paver and rejected quite a few that were broken or scratched. This was an extensive project, and my wife and I are so very happy with the results. I can't thank Miller Patios enough for the beautiful job they did on my new patio and I will recommend them to all my friends!!!!

So I've been busy with the holidays that I completely forgot to write a review which I told myself I would do because I was quite impressed with these guys. Johnny with Miller Patios initially came by to give me a quote. He asked what I wanted, did a quick measurement and gave me a quote right away. I didn't have to wait for a quote to be sent the next day or week and it showed that he is very knowledgeable in what he does. I had quotes from several other companies and Miller Patios was hands down the most reasonable. Also, they build aluminum patios which last longer. We wanted half covered patio and half pergola and they did what we wanted and it looked seamless. Before building I corresponded with Johnny via email and he answered my many questions each time and quickly. The guys who came by to build the actual patio were great too. They showed up on time, confirmed what I wanted, started the project, finished within the day and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for any patio project.

Miller Patios stands alone in my book of the very best vendors I have *ever* worked with. After purchasing a new home in Palo Alto, I was in dire need of a very large patio and cover. Miller Patios did a superlative job working with me to design the patio, plan the work, execute the job and finally follow-up to assure everything was done to my satisfaction. I could not be more happy with the products Miller Patios used for the patio concrete. Johnnywent the extra mile to help coordinate with my landscaping contractor and made three projects into one. Rest assured, if I need additional work Miller Patios will be the first and only contractor I will call. Well done & keep up the fantastic work.

From the initial consultation to the final walk through, Miller Patios did an astounding job on our new patio cover. We did encounter a few challenges with communication. But was expected given nitpicky customers such as ourselves. Thank you to Mark (Project Manaer) and whole crew for help and putting up with our numerous inquiries. Shout out to the crew and Miller Patios. They rocked it out of the park. We got all of the details we requested for our patio cover and beyond. Jacob and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on our backyard patio. His rates are very competitive and the workmanship of his team is very high. When requesting other bids I was surprised by how many contractors were blowing me off as it was busy season. He was very responsive. He is a installer and not a designer, so don't expect him to figure out what you want for your backyard. However, his team was good at identifying trouble spots in my plans and would double check with me to resolve conflicts and ambiguities in my design. Definitely would hire Miller Patios again.

Recently we had our backyard paved by this company. We could not be happier with our choice!! The company is VERY easy to work with. Jacob gave us a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable, he understood what we want and gave a suggestion on materials. He explained things well and made sure that all is done according to a plan. His workers are great. Jacob and his crew were not late even once during the time they worked on our project. Every time leaving for the day, they left a place as clean as it was possible. After completing the job they washed everything: trees, fence, pavement etc. When they left it looked as if they never worked in our backyard or as if we never had a mountain of stones and other materials in front of our house. I would definitely recommend Miller Patios.

I am in the construction business and Miller Patios is top notch. Called for an appointment and he came out next day for the estimate. They answered all the questioned I had and had all the thing to show me colors and styles. And their prices no one can beat. He worked around my schedule and had all the materials on the job. They started when they said they would and finished in one day. And I couldn't be happier. No coming back to fix anything and went way beyond what they had to do. We have just had our Patio completed and its amazing! Steve from Miller Patios offered attention to detail with his pre work visits. Adien took such care to detail, he spent 2-3 weeks at our home. I have to say this is one of those rare instances, these days, where a company has delivered on the rhetoric - the promise of a quality outcome without any hassle and a fair price. Jacob was professional and pleasant as he provided us with an on-site assessment, ideas and choices, and of course, a quote. Part of that process was his patience with us over a week or so as we fine tuned the spec. A visit to Miller Patios premises to look at their operations - display, office, fabrication, power coating - only confirmed that we were dealing with professionals. Staff there were most hospitable and accommodating in showing us around and answering our questions. The installation team maintained the high standard - they were personable, accommodating and worked with skill and care. I think our new patio is a stunner - both in build quality, colour choice, utility. Thank you, Miller Patios - wonderful work!
