Mill Design and Blinds was originally opened as the Wallpaper Warehouse in 1987, by husband and wife team, Rick and Cindi Silverman, in an old, refurbished Mill in North Chelmsford, MA. While the initial focus was on designer wallcoverings and custom window treatments, client demand prompted us to gradually take on the additional product lines of Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, and design services for both residential and commercial spaces.
After an incredible 35 years, it’s time for the next generation husband and wife team, Robert and Jessica Silverman, to take the helm and lead us in a new direction as a shop at home service. Doing it all as president, lead salesman and installer, Rob is continuing the tradition of delivering our customers quality products and superior service in the comfort of your home or office. With a new location in Westford, MA, we look forward to many more years of serving our community.
