Kevin just built our custom home. We fell in love with one of Kevin’s homes and it sold before we were ready to buy. Kevin helped us with every aspect of the building process. He made suggestions that not only helped make our home more beautiful but more functional as well. Kevin pays attention to the smallest details and was always available when we called or texted with a question or need. We have been in our home a couple of months and Kevin still checks in to see if everything is good. Could not be more happy with our experience.

We are in the process of buying one of Kevin's homes. He has worked with us on our time frame and closing dates more than most people would. He has been very helpful showing us how everything works and the maintenance schedules for different parts of the home. Kevin is very professional, yet personable. Kevin has been fully involved in anything we need. He came out to show us the house even at odd times during the week and has checked on us even after we purchased the home. He always answers texts, calls, or what have you and has provided top notch service. We really live the craftsmanship of the home he built us. We interviewed several builders in pursuit of someone to create our first custom built home. Kevin was, by far, the most friendly, honest, forthcoming and strait forward of all of them. He was the most accommodating to our budget, while also accepting and encouraging our own design ideas. He allowed us to design every detail of our home, and guided us in making sure we thought about every aspect: structural, financial, esthetic, and long term quality for us and for resale value. Kevin was always available for questions, as we had never done this before. Our home turned out even more beautiful than we imagined, and we would, without a doubt, use Kevin again.

We purchased our home in June 2016 and we absolutely love it. Workmanship and build quality is perfect. We have received many compliments from everyone on how beautiful our home is. The builder paid attention to detail especially in the master bedroom. The ceiling is absolutely stunning and a he added a nice touch with pendant lighting next to each side of the bed. The kitchen has lots of space and a great walk in pantry. Granite counter tops throughout the home and lots of closet space as well. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He has always been a phone call or text away if have had any questions. I highly recommend Milestone Homes Inc!

Kevin Ninemire with Milestone Homes Inc. built a house for us a year ago. He is very professional and friendly and did an amazing job. I think his best asset as builder is his planning and efficiency. During the building process he was always one step ahead of the game. Before a contractor would finish their perspective job he had the next guy out their starting on the next step. He build us a quality home in just over 4 months from start to finish. Even 10 years later, I still love my home. It is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. Good quality construction and no wasted space.

We love our Kevin Ninemire home. We moved into one Dec. 2014 and the longer we are in it the more we find thoughtful aspects of the home that create and easier life for our family. (Ex: tons of storage, lights that go off when door closes, Christmas light on and off switch inside the home and our home layout/floor plan.) I would absolutely recommend Kevin to build your home.

When we decided to build a house the amount of choices to make was dithering. At the top of the list was who to select as the home builder. Kevin N. with Milestone Homes was the perfect home builder. Kevin took ample amounts of time understanding our needs, our goals in building, and our budget. He explained every step and treated us with respect. When I told several of my friends that I was going to build a house, they told me they would never build again. I would! Kevin made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He kept me posted every step of the way, went the extra mile with the finishing touches in my house, and.........we even closed on my house earlier than he had projected!
