These people and in particular Andrew the salesman in Cost Mesa is a scammer of the highest order, they took my money almost 2 years ago and do not return call or email ,they have lied since i gave them an order for doors,PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY,

They seem to have disappeared with my money!! I dont even know what to do. spent 6k on doors and signed a contract. they completely disappeared. Anybody have any contact information for them?

Once you get your doors and the problems begin, you can’t find parts anywhere. And Milano Never follows up. Never helps. Never available. Never answers calls and calls and calls

Last month I wanted to repair my broken door and I consulted the company. Their response was swift and they reported to my home the next time. It took them two days to install a new door and it is better than the one that had been installed earlier. Their price is quite motivating, and they are dedicated in their job

I visited the showroom of the Milano Doors and ordered for a customized door. The company send its workers to work on my project, and it was finished within four days. I was impressed by the quality and time used in finishing the project.

Ordered an exterior door but with a bit of customization. They sent one of their employees over to my house to take notes on the custom design. I told her what I wanted done and she assured me I'd get it. The door was originally listed at $600. For the customization, they charged $100 more. Now this was a bargain, given my complex requirements and how well the final design turned out. Their designs are good but if you want a personalized flavor in your house without breaking the wallet, this place is highly recommended.

I have had Milano Doors take care of my home doors, maintenance and new installation, for some time now. Would not want to use anyone else. They have always taken great care of my doors and openers and go that extra mile for their customers.

I’m happy I used these people’s services. I was worried while looking for the best windows/doors dealer for my 3 bedroom condo. Initial, when I searched the internet, there were many dealers. However, I thanked George, a business friend who recommended Milano Doors & Windows for me. Really, these guys did very well. They fixed my doors/windows in a professional manner, and their price for the products was reasonable too. From the start to the finish, everything went very smooth. I will definitely need their service again!

My family and I are excited about the service these guys provided for us. I purchased 6 doors and 8 sliding windows for our small house and the piece brought a nice look to my little house. The price was fair to compare to a few other companies I contacted. All I can say is they are good to deal with.

The team had my 3 windows installed and repaired 4 doors in less than 2.5 hours. I intended purchasing 4 new doors because the locks and glasses were damaged. But when they came in, the installer explained the issue and asked for a little money to get the accessories for the repairs. He got those things and put the doors back to life. I'm really satisfied with their work and definitely will recommend them to my family and friends!

Doors were delayed by 3 months, when the doors finally arrived, it was the wrong color and style. Management refused to refund money and told me they would charge me a 15 restocking fee.
