We have worked with Mike for over 20 years on multiple projects . Those projects include a Spanish style home, Edwardian flats,and Victorian flats in San Francisco and a condo in Napa. Mike and his team completed a major renovation of a clients home in Bernal Heights about a year ago. I recommended Mike for the job and it was a HUGE undertaking!! The entire house was gutted, a garage was added and there were numerous layers of red tape with the neighborhood association and the city of San Francisco. The final project is a HUGE wow. My clients decided to move outside of San Francisco and nearly doubled their sales price from a year and half ago. Pretty spectacular. Mike is a go to person for me as a realtor as he knows the ins and outs of what a client can do in every neighborhood. He sets reasonable expectations, he is direct, personable, and knowledgeable. His prices are a good value considering his years of experience and in totally in line with the market. I like that he also checks his ego at the door and is really a good listener. He really wants the client to get what they want and is not about what he thinks is cool or trendy.

Michael comes up with elegant, stream-lined designs, and really simplified the process of getting our plans done. His knowledge, experience, and sensible outlook made him a joy to work with.

I have worked with Mike on many projects and he is great to work with. He has a great eye, he really listens to his clients, he works from a place of collaboration with a team spirit (without the huge ego that a lot of architects come with). And he achieves a home environment that his clients will be in love with and that will reflect them.
