We engaged Caliber Construction To build our new contemporary style home at Kellyville Ridge. Prior to construction I had a meeting with Mike director of Caliber Construction to get some advice and guidance as it was our 1st project. I was very impressed with his support and advice prior and during construction. He always had answers or solutions to any of my concerns or question. His construction and design knowledge was way above what I was expecting. We were very lucky hiring Caliber Construction to build our dream home. His guidance through choices and planning gave us stress free and enjoyable construction process. I have to thank Mike and his friendly team for building our beautiful home. I have no hesitation to recommend Caliber Construction to anyone who are looking for honest and Caliber building company.

I am a Sydney-based architect, and I retained Caliber Construction to renovate my own home on the Lower North Shore. The project was fairly complex and comprehensive, with significant modifications to virtually the entire residence. It included a broad range of trades, such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall, painting and tiling, etc. I was very impressed with Caliber’s knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to the job. I additionally enjoyed working directly with the owner, Mike, who was deeply involved in the management of the project throughout the bidding and construction stages. As an architect, I appreciated Mike’s technical skills and his willingness to discuss and evaluate options as the job progressed. The project most definitely benefited from having Caliber involved. The job was completed on time and on budget, and I am happy to recommend Caliber Construction without hesitation.

The truly outstanding value that Mike added to the design process and the advice given at various stages of construction has made a greatest difference to the final outcome. I am blown away by the quality of the materials used and realistic amount allowed for top of the range Miele appliances and bathroom PC items.
