Caldecott Properties has offices in Oakland's Rockridge District, across from the California College of Arts, and in Moraga's Rheem Valley Shopping Center, adjacent to the Rheem Theater. Caldecott Properties is a full-service brokerage that works with buyers, sellers, investors and developers. Their full-time staff includes a Transaction Coordinator and Creative Director Caldecott Properties conducts business primarily in Contra Costa and Alameda counties, including Oakland (Rockridge, Montclair, Jack London Square, Trestle Glen, North Oakland and Downtown), Berkeley (West Berkeley, Elmwood, Berkeley Hills, Westbrae, and Northbrae), Piedmont, Emeryville, Alameda, Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga and Walnut Creek. The New Developments department consults with developers and builders on spec homes, redevelopment projects ("flips"), condominium projects, loft conversions, TIC conversions and subdivisions. New Developments has completed over 275 transactions since 2006.
