As we were interviewing closet companies, I was immediately assured when we met Michelle Gion. She provided expert advice and guidance when coming up with our design. Michelle has an exceptional eye for design functionality, balance, and style. I am so thrilled with the outcome of our closet. I recently had all of my custom closets installed last week and am incredibly happy with how they turned out and the improved functionality of all my spaces. Michelle Gion was my Design Consultant and she did a fantastic job envisioning the best use of the space. I live in a Townhouse in Ballard and had the very standard wire rack style closets in each of the 3 bedrooms. I also wanted something done about my washer/dryer, which had the same wire shelf. Michelle was able to measure, design, and envision great options for my house, in less than 1 hour. I could tell how much experience she had as we quickly and effortlessly made small changes and iterations on the fly. I ended up signing off on the project toward the end of December and had the appointment scheduled within 3 weeks! Everything turned out great and I couldn't be happier with Michelle's work and reccomendations as they came out exactly how I expected and desired. Her installation team was also great, efficient, friendly, and had everything done in less than 1/2 a day. I would absolutely recommend Michelle and California Closets to anyone.

Michelle was very knowledgeable throughout my project. She was had a lot of great ideas to work on customizing my project renovation to fit my needs and has a great understanding of various styles of design. I would highly recommend working with Michelle for any project you have in mind.

Michelle helped us navigate a very stressful situation. My mother needed to downsize her living space by approximately a 1/3rd. Michelle was excellent to work with on this project. Michelle designed an 8 foot closet space for me and a kitchen pantry and both turned out perfectly. Designed for my very specific needs, the space was utilized as efficiently as possible. She had other great ideas for future projects as well and I hoped to work with her again. Michelle was friendly, helpful, very professional. She took the initiative to come up with an even better plan than originally discussed which showed she was really giving thought to my project. Everything was exactly as I hoped and right on budget and on time. Amazing! I love my well organized spaces!

I really enjoyed working with Michelle. She was polite, respectful of my wishes and very flexible with the designs presented. When i changed my mind she was easily able to draw up several new designs in 3D on her tablet. When i then changed my mind on the split level desk i had asked for she was able to facilitate changes to a single level just one week prior to installation. She also followed up very well when i had a few minor complaints. I have since started renovating my kitchen. I wish the 2 designers i worked with were so easily able to show me ideas and lead me to an excellent design.
