The condo was beautifully staged. The furniture and accessories showed the best features of the various rooms. I believe the staging helped sell the condo quickly.

Metropolitan Staging LLC did a wonderful job staging for me. They were able to provide a quick, realistic estimate just from photos. The furniture and art used were to scale and spot on for the potential buyer clientele. The house sold the day it hit the market, well over list price. I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Sara for staging on a condo in DC. She nailed it! We received an offer within a few hours of being on the market. She knew just what to do to capture the buyer's attention. I would definitely recommend Metropolitan Staging for anyone who needs a great stager that understands todays real estate market.

I highly recommend Metropolitan Staging LLC. They made my home look beautiful and it showed by the amount of offers made during the sale. Everyone loved the decor. The owners are professional, understanding, kind, they listen to your concerns and try to please. Their prices are much better than most. Wish all companies were like Metropolitan Staging.

very reliable, good price, and the owner was very gracious when COVID ended showings and allowed me to keep everything at no additional charge until showings resumed. The house sold a week later.

Sara was great to work with and very accommodating. I can’t thank her enough for her help. The staging put our property over the hump and was a major factor in getting more showings and ultimately a buyer! Would definitely recommend her team to homeowners and investors.

Sara and Brigid were fantastic!! Not only are they extremely responsive and professional their eye for design in incredible. They staged our townhouse and completely transformed it- we could not have been happier with their overall customer service and design. The results speak for themselves. We had 7 offers after our first open house and nearly every person who saw the house commented on the beautiful staging. Would recommend!

I asked Metropolitan Staging to help me make my townhouse stand out by staging all three floors. I thought it looked fabulous and so did every person who went through the house: realtors, prospective buyers and people showing up for the open houses. I cannot say enough great things about Sara, Brigid, and Metro Staging. I interviewed 3 stagers in the area and they were head and shoulders better than everyone else. Were they the cheapest, no. But once the work was done, it was worth every penny. We were able to set a record for the neighborhood by 15k with a crazy amount of offers (my clients almost didn't want to move) and I absolutely accredit Sara, Brigid and her team to our success. They have earned by business for life!
