I paid a deposit to Aaron, after they shared the home value was staring at 450,000, but then he added costs without notice, I tried to make it work but I was not able to afford the increase, we tried to build in other communities and it was still a +700,000 house in a community that houses were 500,000 or less, I asked for my money and they stop responding my calls emails and texts, I asked for a meeting with Aaron Tatum and he simply declined Very unprofessional and completely unfair, I am glad we did no start any project with him, the cost of a bad builder or even worst a unfair builder is really bad, He changes the terms and then still kept my deposit

This was the best home buying experience we have ever had! Aaron and Zach Tatum are highly recommended! The new construction home we purchased is everything we wanted in a home. Zach Tatum walks new home buyers through every aspect of the home, and is always available after closing to answer any questions or address any issue.

Pretty painless which is saying something for custom building. Zach Tatum was great and really open to helping me make last minute changes on the house. The design meeting was very organized which was so helpful. We love our hew home. We have lived here for a few months now and wouldn't change a thing.

Aaron and Michelle Tatum are the best! They built our home in 1999 and our office building in 2010. They are a pleasure to work with and always have the best ideas to separate your home from all the others. I still feel the quality each time I walk into our home or office. It is a pleasure to know them and work with them.

Tatum custom homes are the most professional home builders I've ever met. They are always on top of there contractors and when they tell you there going to do something, they come through!
