We have hired Michaud Enterprises six times in the past 15 years for two different homes. Upon first meeting Michaud, we understood why they were highly recommended. They are true professionals, organized, creative and have an amazing vision of what a space can be. Our first remodel came in on time and on budget, which is rare nowadays. The team they worked with from tile, to granite, to the fixtures & custom cabinetry, did impeccable work! In addition, they left our home spotless each and every day. They were professional, trustworthy and very easy to work with! I highly recommend Michaud Enterprises for any job you need!

We hired Michaud Enterprises to remodel a large master bathroom. The workmanship was poor on most aspects of the project. Some of the examples: the sink leaked and damaged the surrounding wood, the vanity was installed off center, there were large gouges in the floor tile, the hand-held shower squirted the walls, and the tub spout was improperly installed. The team was difficult to work with; the project was over budget and took far longer than estimated.

We contracted Michaud Enterprises 6 times in the past 17 years. That alone should speak for it's self! There were several remodels and some new construction. With each experience we were extremely pleased with how we were kept apprised of all the plans that were purposed. Any time there was a problem to achieve what was contracted , we were given an good alternative that usually was better in the long run! Several of the projects, involved they workers to have access to the house. They were all very mindful to prevent any soiling or damage to the house by providing protective coverings and cleaning areas that were disturbed. They were very considerate to our schedule, working around our day to day activity. They were also very considerate to the 4 legged member of our family! We had our bathroom re-done by Michaud Enterprises. The Michaud family was very professional and very accomodating. They were responsive to our calls and our emails. They paid attention to detail and were methodical in their approach to the remodeling of our bathroom. Our only complaint would be the choice of vendors that they referred us to. We found the vendors to be less than reliable and were not happy with their finished product. We had to send the bidet back and ended up not putting a bidet in the bathroom because of that. We had problems with Kohler and Cunningham plumbing. We hated the people at the granite store they sent us to first. We had to send the vanity structure back because the wood didn't match. Now it seems that one door is warped, but I've had enough complaining and will live with the warped door. So, in summary, the Michaud Enterprises are great, but the vendors are the problem. I would elect to choose my own vendors next time.

Michaud Enterprises re-constructed our two upstairs bathrooms, one in 2007 and the other in 2014. They started each project with an overview of their recommended fixtures, tile, granite, cabinetry, etc. Their suggestions were always made with respect to our taste in function and decor. Michaud then facilitated our interactions with the various suppliers for the different phases of the project. The Michaud employees who worked in our home were all professional, courteous, and helpful. Both projects started on time. The first one was completed in less than the estimated time. The only delay in the second project was due to a flawed bathtub delivered by the vendor. Michaud Enterprises refused to accept an attempted on-the-spot repair and insisted on a pristine new tub. We appreciated and respected their integrity throughout both projects, and we intend to utilize their services again,.

We have worked with Michaud Enterprises for a bathroom remodeling project several years ago and liked their work so much we used them again for a kitchen remodel. Michaud enterprises is a father / son team that operate out of Farmington CT. Everything about their operation is top notch. They show up on time as promised, they are very clean, do the job to completion, and will return for any issues. Payments are well laid out and very close to estimates unless there are are significant changes to the design (like my wife's choice of granite in the bathroom!) Our bathroom was a medium sized project with upscale touches with mostly traditional design elements. Tile floors and shower, rain shower head, soaker tub, traditional cabinets etc. The kitchen remodel was a much larger project and in a very modern bordering on contemporary design with bamboo european style cabinets, back painted glass backsplash, quartz countertops with mitered waterfall edges. Michaud enterprises can handle all of your design wishes even if they are out of the ordinary. I highly recommend using them as I will use them for future projects.

We hired Michaud Enterprises to redesign and build out our ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. Our layout was quite strange and not very functional. Gille took the time to listen to us and gave us multiple design options that satisfied all our requirements. We engaged another company at the same time who provided designs that seemed as though they didn't address our concerns and who talked to us like we were fools, so dealing with Gille was a refreshing change. Eric and his team arrived in the day they said they would, protected the floor and house by putting down protection and sealing off the room during demo and construction. We now have a beautiful bathroom which really is the highlight of the house, and we have a useful large walk-in robe where before it was unuseable. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
