It's purpose is all type room additions, room extensions, kitchens, bathroom, attic conversions, second story additions, expandable, interior remodeling, complete renovations, siding, roofing, windows and doors, concrete drives, office remodels and custom built homes. Memphis Home Improvement Co. has over 12,000 complete projects in Memphis, Shelby County and Desoto County. Memphis Home Improvement Co. carries a $500,000.00 State General Contractor License in Tennessee and Mississippi. We furnish a certificate of insurance to our clients on every project. A detailed set of plans can be furnished upon request or we can use your plans. In 1997 we were chosen from Tennessee to be in the Top 50 Remodeling Companies in the US. Cook organized the registered remodelers council under the registered builders program of the home builders Association. Faye R. Cook has hosted the Memphis Home Improvement Show on AM790 WMC Radio and a frequent speaker on talk shows, newspaper and TV on construction related topics.
