I waitied a long time to change my review, but I spent alot of money in my opinion for this stereo installation, and provided a good tip (i think?), The company was to bring 2 12 foot bi-amp cables that I pre paid for, and they showed uup with 8 or 10 foot single line cables that were not long enough. They took wrong cables back, said they woudl send them in to exchange for the correct ones, but that never happened. As you can see on the invoice the $250 + Tax, and a $300 tip for incmplete job is quite a nice gesture, right? I have reached out a few times, and at this point would like my $270.63 refunded and the $300 tip since it was never completed job. I even offered for them to just send me the cables which they never did.

I had Rodney come over and install my theater room. He and his partner were total professionals they did an excellent job tayloring the room to the exact way I liked it. Everything was very neat no wires anywhere and they took great care to make sure everything was spotless before they left. I have already used him for another job and will use him for all future jobs I have. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a very reasonably priced professional who will treat your project like its his own.
