McCollum Interiors offers an amazing product line and is invaluable to the Decorative Painting community. We often find products we can no longer purchase in other NYC stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and timely in processing our orders. Selection is amazing and fairly priced. Thank you for being a part of the community McCollum.

I have used their services for several projects in the last year. The quality of what was recommended to me was excellent. Products that I tried for the first time wound up being as excellent as the sales staff explained. The phone staff is extremely knowledgable,and had no problem getting me price comparisons, square footage estimates and product descriptions. In the future -if time was an issue I would opt to pick up personally in case of a rush because the order I placed arrived 4 days past the date I was told. It wasn't a big deal because I like to order a few weeks in advance but in a pinch the risk would be too much for me to wait that long. I also love that they offer free seminars about various products which is so great for someone in my line of work. I love shopping thru McCollum for all of my large scale specialty commission needs. McCollum had the products we were looking for and provided timely delivery/shipping. I've spoke with Miles several times and he has been very helpful during each of our conversations. We live in Iowa so our connection has been either voice to voice or email. My only complaint is we've made two request for Cynthia (the owner) to contact us for a consult and she hasn't followed through.

What a fantastic shop! I have never been there is person but the people who have answered the phone for me have been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. When they say Paint Ninjas, they mean it! Shipping was fast and free since I ordered so much. When an item was missing from my order they shipped it priority mail and even let me add another small item to the package. Their prices on some items are much better than anything I could find in my area or elsewhere online. I suggest them to all my painter friends.

McCollum Interiors periodically holds free classes to inform faux finishers (like myself) about products that they sell. They know their stuff and can answer the technical questions that some of my other suppliers can't. Product support is so important to a professional. The great people at McCollum offer product support and availability. What more do you really need?
