Melinda did a fantastic job with our house plans! She was extremely helpful and made many revisions for us along the way. She was very quick getting back to us and available via phone if needed as well. We highly recommend her!

Melinda has been very nice and easy to work with, we came back too many times with our different ideas and every time she help us and satisfied us and never felt like she is irritated. She is very pleasant person always smiling and ready to help you. Thanks so much Melinda for all your help.

Melinda was very professional and coordinated meetings according to our schedule for our design. She was open to changes, ideas, and offered feedback when appropriate. Her price was reasonable in our area. I would definitely recommend her for small or large projects and would use her again.

Melinda has been very easy to work with and has always been patient. I have never felt like she was irritated or put out in any fashion even when I was asking for all the little changes.

This is the third home for which I have hired a person(s) to draw and develop house plans and this time with Melinda has been the best experience by far. Melinda has the most helpful ideas, her prices are very fair and her sweet personality made the experience wonderful! I would recommend her highly!

Melinda was great working with us to create the perfect home design for my aging mom. Her expertise and professionalism was generously lavished with warmeth and care as she crafted mom's perfect dream home. Melinda was readily available for any questions and assistance even during the construction phase. She gave numerous tips and offered sound advise throughout the design and building project. My husband and I hired Melinda to draw our house plan. It was a first for us , so we were alittle apprehensive. She was wonderful ! She was always professional , yet warm and friendly. We are in the middle of building our home now, and everything is going great. We would definitely use her again!

Melinda did an excellent job! Provided input on areas we did not even consider which helped us achieve what we wanted. Was very patient and made sure to cover all of the details! Very well recommended.

We were recommended to Melinda by a home building friend and I'm so thankful that we were! From the first meeting Melinda listened to how we wanted our house to be and designed the perfect home for us. She has great experience in home design, answered all our questions, and would help us make informed decisions throughout the process. Melinda is a pleasure to work with and was readily available to answer questions and help us through our first home design. I highly recommend Melinda - she made what could have been an overwhelming process totally enjoyable.
