Awful. Completed misses the boat on most projects. Absolutely terrible. Messed up the order. I got delivered the wrong dishwasher and Matthew mentioned I’d still have to pay for it prior to replacing. Also completely misjudged the cuts for my microwave resulting in a lot more money owed.

I highly recommend Matthew Sax for his level of service and follow through. As a developer, I have had many high value transactions with Mr Sax and can honestly say that he has made every transaction easy and has saved my clients significant dollars on their Kitchens, as well as making sure that every package that I order is being competitively priced and delivered timely. 5 Stars!

I had the opportunity to work with Matthew when redesigning my kitchen. From the moment I met him to the time of delivery/installation of my products he was very professional and knowledgable about the process and products. I was able to show him pictures of my outdated kitchen appliances and he assisted in finding new products that matched and fit my kitchen (and most importantly in my budget). I have received so many compliments on my updated kitchen and refer my friends to Matthew. My overall experience was great!

Matthew was extremely helpful in helping us to remodel our kitchen, as we purchased all new kitchen appliances from HHGregg Fine Lines. He paid great attention to all of the details and the overall quality of customer service we received was outstanding. Matthew promptly addressed any concerns we had and carefully listened and provided recommendations, delivering high quality products within budget. Mr. Matthew Sax was extremely helpful when I was seeking advice for my new appliances. His expertise, experience, knowledge, friendliness, and charm made for a comfortable and smooth process.
