Groundworks Architects LLP is a co-operative partnership based in Nottingham. We work in the community and housing sectors providing full architectural services to public and third sector clients as well as private individuals and organisations.
Established in 1989 we have extensive experience delivering domestic projects that satisfy our clients needs creating simple yet exciting and elegant spaces. We specialise in accessible homes for life and environmental design with particular focus on PasivHaus homes reducing running costs and carbon footprint.
From small extensions to complete new build houses, If you have a project in mind and would like to discuss what benefits our services will provide, please get in touch and we will be happy to meet with you.

We provide full architectural services from concept through to completion. We can tailor our services to meet your projects specific needs and provide partial services (i.e. up to planning or detailed design) depending on your requirements.

The majority of our projects tend to be in the Midlands and Yorkshire but we also provide services to clients nationwide.
