I hired Arcanum Architecture LLC to design and architect our home. I was a first time General Contractor and Matt helped me through the entire process. He spent a great deal of time making sure that I understood the process and the vision of the design. He worked diligently with me to make sure that we were both on the same page and he understood exactly what we wanted. He was flexible and made himself available during the building process. He was able to make changes immediately so the building process wasn't stalled. Matt's expertise wasn't just in home design, it also included planning for future projects, a trim schedule that added the perfect character, and a wealth of knowledge about products and vendors. Matt took my folder of magazine pages and turned it into our dream home. The greatest compliment that I can give Matt is that if I rebuilt our home, I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm Doni Flanigan, Interior Designer and Master Builder. Together, Matt and I created a historic remodel in the Mason area in the Heritage Club Estates. We added 5500 sq ft to the home as well as completely giving the clients a new dwelling without moving. Matts knowledge and integrity is amazing and he's just so cool to work with!! I will be working with Matt for the rest of my career .

I am a custom home builder and remodeler who has worked with Matt for 25 years, and continue to do so. He has been consistently creative and practical in his designs. My clients find him easy to work with because he is friendly, listens carefully to their goals, and incorporates their vision in his plans. I have never had a problem building what he draws, which isn't the case with all architects. Matt is pleasant to work with and open to design ideas from me or my clients.

I have been working with Matt Evans from Arcanum Architecture on the construction of my new home in Union, Ky. The roof structure is quite complex because of my request to have dormers that actually let light into both the dining and great rooms. Matt is an Architect that really understands what I wanted in a home and worked hard to make my dreams a reality. Matt works in CAD (Computer Aided Design) which allows him to make instantaneous changes to a floor plan and during our meetings Matt could make dozens of alterations and field many concepts. Matt has made this design process a truly outstanding experience. I hope you will give him the opportunity to do the same for you as well.

I have worked with Matt Evans on two projects. One was a large Michigan home that he did a wonderful job of taking our ideas and putting them on paper and pulling the entire project together in a short time frame. Matt listens very well to what the client says and gives sound advice on how your ideas can be put into the project. He also was very helpful on giving ideas on how to contain costs of construction and came up with numerous practical suggestions. He was a pleasure to work with and I felt his bills were very reasonable for a job well done.

We've worked with Matt on several projects. He's designed a home for us and also designed a new kitchen and family room for a very old home that we live in now. Matt is creative and extremely knowledgeable about the building process all the way through. Offering us many options to accomplish our goals. Most importantly Matt listened to what we wanted and understood how we lived and has created beautiful, comfortable , spaces for my family! Would highly recommend Matt and wouldn't think of using another architect!
