Mateo Industries

I hired Mateo Industries to build cabinets in the Master Bedroom of my home and a buffet/hutch along side my kitchen. I paid upfront the required deposit. I was told I had to pay upfront for the bench because the stone mason wanted money upfront, This was paid by bank transfer on 24 October 2017. I was told originally that it would be ready mid November. Then end November, then mid December and now end January 2018. I have tried to contact Matthew Higgins who is the Director of the company and to whom I paid my deposit. However, I have received no replies or any communication to say if he was going to deliver my cabinets. Unfortunately, my next step is to contact the Department of Fair Trading to make a complaint. This company is shonky.
